For the brief time I've had it, I've used this product quite a bit. I like it. It does a pretty good job of warming the sinuses. However, don't get this product with the idea of warming eyelids; I doubt any item with eyeholes will accomplish that.That it's tethered to an outlet is a blessing and a curse. Obviously, there's no running out of power, but the power cord can be a pain. But there are enough disconnects that the cord can be ran to a convenient location and left, and then the mask may be plugged in at that point.I like that various time increments can be selected and there's a time remaining and temperature level readout.

I like it. It's soothing, and it stays on by itself. Better than microwave pads as it stays warm. Took a couple of days for the materials to "off gas", so be aware. The power supply design could be better; a bit flimsy but still workable. They say not to go to sleep while wearing it, but it's so soothing (to me) I typically do fall asleep and awake with no ill effects.

Looking for something to help my sinus pressure . This mask covers my face enough to provide a well distributed heat. I set it up to high since I wanted to try for how long I could handle it and it was quite comfortable to the skin. I will recommend .

Fits all head sizes, easy to use, the timer keeps me from forgetting to turn off. Great quality, heating setting for everyone.

For someone with migraines this is wonderful. Stays in place , temperatures are great and timer is awesome. Great fit and value for money. Light weight easy to use. Very comfortable and easy to take with for travel

Too hot, even in low setting. I don’t have overly sensitive skin but now have what looks like sunburn on my face. I used yesterday moist on low setting. Too bad because the mask itself is soft, comfortable and fits well. Am returning it.

I love the idea of not having to keep putting a pain relief mask in the microwave, or re-heating a washcloth in finger burning-hot water. So I bought one of these that you plug in, with a light relatively unobtrusive electric cord. It eve allows you to spray a water mist on the inside of the mask prior to heating for a moist heath therapy. All good. But alas, the execution is seriously off. First, there is no clear marking as to which is the top of the mask and which is the bottom; they both look the same. But when you put the mask on, one side fits over the nose (way down over the nose making it difficult to breath) and the other way: my goodness! They eye holes are over the eyebrows and the eyes are covered by the mask. So that makes it clear which way they intend for you the wear it. Then I discovered that the bottom part of the mask becomes noticeably warmer than the rest of the mask. If your headache is centered over the eyebrow ridgeline, as mine sometimes is. that can be a great thing. But when the headache is high on my forehead, which it often is, I have to move and shove the mask around to heat the areas needing the most therapy. I suspect that the uneven heating was not by design but rather a manufacturing flaw. The next problem is that the eye holes eliminate` heat therapy surface from a portion of the mask. If, like me, you need to move the mask up to the top of your nose, the cutouts for the eyes now are where heat should be applied. Last problem, as with almost every available head pain therapy mask. This mask sits right over my ears, and overheats or even burns them if I crank up the heat level to high. I like the idea of an electric heat mask but for me, this mask did not get it right.
