Works great
I originally bought a cast iron textured press for smash burgers and then got this one. So much better!! The meat doesn't stick to the smooth surface and it's easy to clean. I ended up buying two of them...one for home one for camping.

Smash Burger = Best Burger
The smash burger was invented by the Incredible Hulk when he Hulk Smashed during a 4th of July grill out. While I do not have Hulk hands and the ability to smash burgers on a cast iron skillet, I do have this super sturdy and perfectly sized burger smasher to help me out. Easy cleanup and great design with no places for water to get in and rot it out. 5 Stars!
