Bench press without the elbow pain.
I used to bodybuild prior to my gym closing during Covid in 2020. I lost my discipline and just started back 6 months ago. I have struggled bench pressing and couldn’t bench over 235 for 1 rep due to bad elbow pain while lowering the weight. My fiancé found these elbow wraps and I decided to give them a shot last night. They completely done away with my elbow pain. I was able to focus on my lift instead of the pain that had been stopping me. I worked my way up to 235 for reps and decided to try 255. I planned for a 1 rep max just to see if I could get it. 255 felt light and I ended up getting an easy clean 4 reps. These elbow wraps are a great tool for anyone serious about lifting and experiencing elbow issues. With this issue resolved, I believe I should be able to hit my goal of a 1rm of 315 by the end of the year.Very good wraps! Work amazing well, well made, and quick shipping!

Very good wrap. Feels Saturday. But be careful not to close the “hook “ side of the “hook and loop” closure (Velcro) on the fabric of the wrap. It has teased out the fabric a little bit and looks a little less clean. Very good product. I feel confident wearing them while lifting and feel like it has increased my numbers by a small factor

Good value for your money
My husband wears these for lifting and he also has tendinitis in his elbow so these helped with that while he did training in the gym. He said they held up very well and the compression was good on them. Good value for your money!

I bought this product because I was having elbow pain while benching. This product has done wonders; ever since I started using it, I have not had any elbow pain. I like the Velcro quality and the support it provides during my lifts. Would highly recommend.
