nonda iHere Key Finder, Phone Finder, Car Finder, Selfie Remote and Voice Recording Rechargeable Bluetooth Tracker for iPhone 4S/5/6/6S, iPad, Samsung Galaxy S5/S6/Note 4 and More (Gen 4)

I received my device in downloaded the app that was for this small device. It would not pair so I charged. I double checked the cords and I double checked the app. I understand customer service wants to troubleshoot, but A screenshot of this with a picture of that along with a picture of the invoice , it’s not worth the trouble of email after email requesting something. I will contact Amazon and see if they want it because it’s not worth shipping it back.

The problem is the button on the tag is too easily pushed, which then calls the phone to help you find it if misplaced . Mine goes off pretty frequently if my keys are in my pocket . Also if you set these to go of[the proximity alarm i think they call it ]f if you have left your keys or phone behind and you have more than one set of keys set that way ,then every time you get very far away from the other set of keys or phone the alarm notice goes off . Otherwise I think everybody should be using these because they can save you lots of grief!

I don't know why or how people are giving this item any more than 1 star. This key finder ALWAYS loses connectivity and it's not even loud enough for you hear it to locate your keys. Good luck trying to get it to call your phone as well. I would return this piece of trash if I hadn't already thrown the packaging away. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY, I REPEAT, DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

It worked fine for about 6 weeks, needing to be recharged more frequently than advertised. Then, one day, I lost my keys. Not a peep from the finder. About 3 weeks later, I found the finder when cleaning out my truck. I tried re-charging it, deleting, uninstalling, and re-installing, re-pairing, but nothing will make it connect to the phone app again. Trashing it. oh well -- NOT the answer.

I love these and have bought 5 to give to people. My only complaint is that the button for the keychain is too easily pressed accidentally and often goes off in my pocket. The design could have easily avoided this by making the button more detented or with a cover, or some other way to reduce the chance of accidental pressing. I used the 3D printer at work to make a ring around the button to provide some blocking from mistaken pressing but that shouldn't be needed by the customer.

I downloaded app and they paired. Tried all the selections. Next thing I know my iphone is frozen. I was unable to shut off phone or delete the app. Screen was turning black. Thought I screwed up my phone. Finally I got it off and then back on. I deleted app and put it in box to return. I don't know what happened but I don't want to have anything to do with it.

I was very disappointed with my purchase. My item was received on time, which was great, but my device was never able to turn on. After having it charging for hours as instructed, the light turned green, but was never able to turn on. After following the directions, which were to hold down the button for 5-6 seconds until a blinking red light appeared, no blinking red light ever appeared. All week I have been trying different cables and outlets but still nothing has worked and the device will still not turn on. When reading other buyers comments I noticed multiple people having the exact same problem

I've charged it overnight then tried to turn it on following the instructions. Nothing happened. I'll return it and buy another one, same model. It is free shipping and maybe somebody will realize that repeatedly sending untested items, that are defective, may become too expensive and do something about it.

On receiving my iHere key finder I couldn’t work out how to get the audible alarm on the device to operate so I asked the question on Amazon. Very quickly I recieved a reply from the manufacturer and over the course of a couple of emails it transpired that the alarm wasn’t working.The manufacturer, Nonda, resolved the issue quickly and easily by dispatching a replacement which works great.Knowing that the customer support is fantastic and that the product is very good I will certainly consider further purchases of their products in the future.

A well packaged item was received, however, it was a Zus key finder, rather than the one advertised, even though made by Nonda. Item was charged and app downloaded as per instructions. Item paired with my mobile , no problem! On testing the buzzer sounded when I searched for keys and the button on the device activated a sound on my mobile. Great, all was well!On opening the app the next day all I got was a spinning triangle, so could not activate the device even though still paired by bluetooth! If you read the feedback in the app store this is well reported as a failing app. I have returned the product as not fit for purpose! I would definitely not recommend!

Bought this to replace my MYNT Smart Tracker And Remote which, coincidentally stopped working and died exactly 5 months to the date of purchase, refusing to connect to Bluetooth. When it worked it was good, but often would lose connection, and had to re-boot the app.Not wanting to replace with the same unit (its CR2020 battery is impossible to buy, not being available in the UK, and overseas suppliers don't deliver them to the UK), I looked for a similar product in a different brand. Another certain unit looked a good choice, but was put off by the fact that you can't replace the battery, and once it's spent you have to dispose the whole unit - expensive at a unit cost of £26. The nonda iHere seemed ideal, having an internal rechargeable battery, had good reviews, and wasn't expensive. The unit comes with a standard short USB to Mini USB lead to charge it, and it quickly fully charged up to full power.I found it, and the app, very simple to set up and use, and the uncluttered screens on the app are easy to navigate. Regards locating, the unit works best at locating the iPhone, giving a good audible sound on the phone, though a little feeble in volume the other way round, phone locating tracker, it can be expected due to its size. For me, I especially like the feature of being to use as a remote for the camera on the iPhone. The car finder feature seems to work well, though not fully tested it, and distance accuracy is a bit iffy but the arrow does point you in the general direction. Distance only shows in feet, and there's no option to change to yards or metres.Though, like the MYNT, it uses Bluetooth and not GPS, the range is much more restricted, but appreciating these limitations it does just what I want it to. My only regret is I didn't choose this instead of the MYNT 5 months ago!

It seemed ok at first but I quickly found that the bluetooth connection between the item and my phone often did not reconnect when it had been out of range. So for example I can't find my car key at home but it says the last place I had the key (last place it was connected to the phone) was at work... and I had driven home. I also found the battery had run flat, but in the app it still said 75% battery. I wouldn't buy another.

This product has various extra functions such as the separation alarm which other companies charge for. It also does not need to have its battery changed or the product replaced at a cost like other Bluetooth key finders when the battery Is dead. I have to give five stars for the product itself and a massive five stars for their customer service. I had a problem with one of my key finders but the customer services department rectified the problem very very quickly and I would strongly recommend this product to other people. If you have problems with the product I would strongly recommend you contact them by creating a ticket through the app in the help section. I’m a normal customer who has had a speedy resolution to a problem which would take for ever to resolve with another company. Other companies could learn a thing or two from this company’s customer service.
