These work great for my husband. We went on a cruise, and he wore these at bedtime. The bed and he stayed dry the whole night. It made for a smoother vacation, and he was not frustrated that he wet the bed. They fit him well and wicked away the moisture from his body. They were super absorbent and held in the urine. They are expensive but brought him peace of mind.

Never had to buy a product like this before so did not know what to expect, I was happily surprised at how well they worked, literally worn like regular underwear, on and off the same way! and held any accident at the time, also not big and bulky and irritating, was very pleased with them, and the large pkg I got was on sale!! would HIGHLY recommend them to someone looking for unobtrusive protection that works. We had to use them for a brief illness and the person was bedbound, but on recovery keep a pkg in the closet "just in case"!

Bought these for my husband—not because of age, but because of alcohol. Let’s just say on his “fun nights,” he turns into a 200lb sleepwalking fire hydrant and me and the bed both pay the price. Trying to wrestle one of these onto him is an Olympic sport. They’re not exactly made for stealth diapering an unconscious adult.I figured these would save my mattress and my sanity. Spoiler alert: they didn’t. They’re probably great for normal incontinence or minor leaks, but a full-bladder drunken waterfall? Nope. These things tapped out halfway through the night.To be fair, they seem to be comfortable (he doesn’t complain), discreet, and probably excellent for their intended purpose. But if you’ve got a grown man who drinks like a frat boy and sleeps like a baby? Invest in multiple waterproof mattress covers and pads like I did.

No leaks, comfy, great to have while I wait for the Mayo Clinic to call me for some kidney and bladder stone removal.That is, the diapers didn't leak. I did. The water asorbing material formed the gel as decribed, and it made a squishy mass about 1/2 inch thick that totally contained the water.

This product is wonderful! Provides outstanding skin protection and is an excellent value for your money. The fit is great for large extra large and the whole capacity is great. High-quality and excellent fit.

Going to give these 5 stars.They have consistently exceeded my expectations in various categories. Most notably in absorption volume and durability under saturation.They are fairly comfortable and surprisingly discreet under clothing.I find them incredibly effective for day use despite them being marketed as overnight.Tremendous boost to confidence for sitting in public, I have not had any issues under moderate usage, past that they do swell significantly as you would expect.Outperformed the fancy underwear looking type, real fit i think they are called. These are way better IMO just have the more conventional look and fit.

The fit for me according to their chart was XL. Imagine placeing two balled Socks in a sock under your junk and walking with it.Out of curiosity and to leak test them I used them and I was surprised by how much they absorb but remember that sock? It grows so better run to the nearest bathroom with a new one clean set in hand.Wife could not notice a smell or change but I felt the heat and uncomfortability of the additional weight and expansion so I could not bear staying in them like I may have done as a baby.I am in a state where the heat is unbearable. With these on, in the winter, and I can't stand how hot they are.I have kept them out of necessity but not sure what other product I can try since catheter have issues that arise from how they are attached or they just leak.These do not leak, easy to rip off at the sides to remove, sturdy enough for the day and kept me dry.If you are active and like to stay that way these are not comfortable. I'll try the smaller set next time.
