How deep are the rosette makers? I am searching for a 2" one.

I have never seen 2" rosette makers...........been making these for years & they are less than 1/2".

Can anyone tell me if this handle will fit other irons and which brands that would be? I inherited a set sans handle. What diameter is handle tip?
