Light weight, compact, with mega holding power.
The media could not be loaded. I use this box anchor on my deck boat (24 ft), and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it performs. I’ve tested it in various conditions—muddy bottoms, slight current, waves from boat traffic—and it holds solid every time without needing a ton of rope or effort.Pros:Great holding power – digs in fast and stays put.Compact storage – folds up easily and fits right in my anchor locker.Heavy-duty build – sturdy construction with solid welds; feels like it’ll last for years.Easy to use – to open just pull up on the rope and it locks into position. To close you push the arm up so the spring compresses and fold effortlessly.Easy to clean - mud, muck, clay fall right off this anchor unlike my galvanized front anchor.Cons: Non so far.If you're tired of your old anchor dragging or resetting constantly, this is well worth the investment

Its a solid anchor.
Super happy with this anchor, it held our 23ft wake boat in place anywhere we dropped it. The bungee section is solid and the whole anchor package feels very well made. Comes in a nice heavy duty plastic case that is easy to reinstall once you are done for the day, I did buy the chain section and even that fit in the case with everything else. My kids said I bought it because it was chrome and shiny, they are correct. Build quality:ExcellentFunctionality:Works greatSeems solid and built well.Durability:See functionality Value for money:Very good.

Easy set, automatically resets itself, great product!
I held off on doing a review until I thoroughly used both the 7 lb and 5 lb for my 2000 lb Boston Whaler. These anchors are phenomenal. They both held my boat in strong winds and waves on Lake Michigan. They didn’t budge. The bungee lines are great. I recommend getting the anchor chain as well.

Anchor is easy to use, but the case is cheap.
Anchor was easy to set, and it held. The case, on the other hand, is cheap, thin plastic that broke almost immediately when stored in my PWC on it's maiden voyage. If you're buying it because of the anchor, you'll be happy. I bought it because it came in a compact storage case that won't scratch the inside of my PWC storage compartment. So, this is a mixed bag for me. I wish the box was made of a thicker HDPE material. Guess I'll have to spend another $50 or more on a proper case.Update.The seller has been in contact with me about replacing the case, but they have not been forthcoming about how to file a warranty claim. I didn't realize that a replacement case needed to be complicated. Kudos to the seller for reading and responding to these reviews, but if you're truly sincere about resolving issues, please make it easy for the buyer. BTW, I'm truly impressed with this anchor. It held two PWCs in current last weekend without much creep. I'm still figuring out the best way to pull and recover the anchor, but that's my learning curve.Another Update. The seller/manufacturer replaced the case after I went to their web site and completed a warranty claim. Hopefully, this case is better than the other and I don't have to update the star rating again. It's not perfect, but it's a great anchor option backed by a company that believes in good customer service.

Anchor holds well but I was sold a non functional anchor locking and unlocking mechanism
I had this anchor a little over a year and used it for only a few months of boating season, the anchor it self really holds my 25ft pontoon really well however the 2 star review is due to the spring loaded handle that supposedly locks in place as you slide the anchor up mine never locked by itself as if it was stuck and once locked it was very hard to unlock to store in carrying case and this weekend the handle came completely a loose from the anchor as I was retrieving the anchor and I lost the entire anchor in the lake due to this locking and unlocking pin and spring that never worked properly from the start and now I'm out of almost 300.00 dollars for a anchor I was only able to use 1 season, seller of this anchor said it comes with a generously no hassle 3 year warranty so I'm hoping they stand behind their product if so I will gladly upgrade my review, Update I contacted the Wavesrx warranty department and told them of my issues with this anchor and within 3 days I was sent out a free anchor , outstanding job Wavesrx for honoring your product warranty and the new anchor pin mechanism works perfectly, thanks again Wavesrx I will be ordering more of your products and I've already referred you to all my boating friends .

Best anchor
We have a Fx-7. But just got the WaveRx TriAnchor. Now using it in our 2022 Yamaha 255xd. I did a little test today. I had the Fx-7 and the TriAnchor. While standing up current on the sand bar(crab island Destin Fl) I dropped the Fx-7 and then reset and did it with Waves RX TriAnchor. The Fx- moved around 3 feet before it really started to bight. The TriAnchor was less then a foot. And never moved. Now, the current isn't always crazy at crab island but the wind was decent. We have also used this around the inlet while fishing. My wife likes the ease of use. We haven't even had to add any chain to it. We are using it with there bungee line. This was originally just going to be a stren anchor for when we're anchored near other boats at the sand/gravel bars. But I belive we will be getting a second one for the bow. So to some it up. Price is very fair for Such a quality unit, it's foldable (fits anywhere), comes in a rugged plastic case, at only 7lb. will hold a 25' boat, polished stainless steel.
