I bought this coconut fiber for my mom’s new sulcata tortoise enclosure, and it’s been great so far! It holds moisture well without getting soggy, keeps the enclosure smelling fresh, and gives her little guy a natural, comfy surface to dig around in.It’s easy to spread out and break apart, and we love that it’s a safe, eco-friendly option. Definitely recommend for anyone setting up a tortoise habitat.

Works as a great bedding for my Greek tortoise. I mix it with a bit of dirt to help retain some moisture. Easiest way to get it to form is to pour boiling water on it.

It’s very messy, rough and hard to break apart. But it absorbs the liquids very good and so far no odrors. I used this in my tortoises habitat.

I will be ordering more. I use this as an extra substrate for my hamster to dig in. He loves it. It bulks up nicely when wet. I want to make it deeper but it covered a good amount of space.

The media could not be loaded. Absorbs water well. Comes in 2 bricks a pack. Covered my 24” x 30” container up to 3”. Perfect for my turtle to hide in. Took a couple of days for my turtle to get used to it. It loves hiding in it. No smell, good portion size. You can change it every couple of months for 8bucks. I’d say it’s a good price. Soft, small husks, doesn’t prick. It’s feels comfy.
