The cushion I ordered was very large and had complex curves between the sides and the back. After several conversations and drawings sent back and forth, the cushion fits perfectly. The quality far exceeded my expectations and the fabric is beautiful { [Elegant Series] Beige-SLR }. I would highly recommend this company for very professional workmanship.

I ordered this custom cushion with guarded expectations. I'm positively surprised.I needed a 72" x 24" x 3" cushion for a window seat. This size is not readily available and has to be custom made. Many local sources wanted $500 or more to do this (albeit these were higher quality cushions). I paid $100 for this one and have to say it was money well spent.The dimensions are spot-on as is the thickness. In fact, I ordered 3" thickness but it is more like 3.25", so even better. The depth at 24" is perfect across the entire length and the length is about 1/4"-1/2" shy of 72". That is actually perfect since this is for a window seat which has walls on wither side, so anything over 72" would actually be a problem.The company asks for a photo of the cushion use case, so it looks like they really did use that information.The foam is a single piece, so the cushion is smooth and has uninterrupted lines, but it's a bit firm although compliant. The foam is wrapped in a sort of thin sheath and inserted into the fabric cover that closes with a nice zipper. I ordered fabric on both sides instead of non-slip one one side so I can reverse the cushion if needed. This is an indoor use case, so I got the standard fabric.It arrives rolled up in a vacuum-sealed bag (double bagged in fact). When I unrolled the cushion is sprang to shape immediately with minimal wrinkles. After 24 hours it was wrinkle-free as the photo shows. The fabric color is also accurate to the samples on the Amazon website.Overall, I would recommend this manufacturer if you want a simple, inexpensive custom cushion for infrequent use.

I was hesitant to order 3 custom size " outdoor" cushions, but I'm glad I did. The foam has the right firmness, the size was exact, the construction is excellent( sewing,thread) and quality zippers are used. It arrived well before the expected date. The fabric itself felt a bit rubbery and was a creamy white ( I chose this , thinking it would not fade visibly) however the fabric started turning yellowish soon after outdoor exposure. Now, stay with me, because I did contact the seller, and they replied within a day each time. They offered me replacement covers and recommended a different type of fabric.(Their outdoor fabric is not compatible with "sunbrella", which such fabrics would be in a much higher price range) so just be aware to keep your outdoor cushion protected from the elements. If in doubt, contact the seller for best recommendations. They have excellent customer service . They absolutely deserve a 5 star review, because they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with the product.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:The cushions fit our window bench perfectly, even with notched corners around the window frames. The material is exactly as it shows online, sort of a yellow-green with a nice weave pattern. Some comments said the foam is too firm, but ours is perfect for a window bench (not too firm; not too soft). Surprisingly good quality for the price. This $160 cushion would have cost $500+ from my local upholstery pro.

Nice but the fabric was weird and faded very quickly.

I needed a cushion for a 2 ft x 4 ft storage chest so that one of my three dogs could use it as an elevated bed. I already have one elevated area for one of my 3 dogs so this would be the second one. The color was perfect for my living room. The size was perfect, and my dog loves it. So I have ordered another one for a bench so that my third dog can be elevated and comfortable. The best part is that these pieces of furniture also double as seating areas for company. My friends found this cushion comfy.
