Hi Jessica, thanks for asking ! These glasses are not sleep glasses but blue light protecting classes so they will focus on blocking the wavelengths related to blue light, mostly. Blue light is in the 380 - 500 nm spectrum , 530 nm is where green light sits ( between 500 and 550 actually ) .
