Amazing quality and charges excellently! My only complaint is the recording time and it doesn't always trigger with important movement but will trigger from a tree's branches catching a breeze. Night vision works great and it already survived a couple storms, very strong camera. I got it while it was on sale, so exceeds my expectation for the price, but I would pay full price after knowing the quality is worth it! App is easy to use. These cameras are great. Easy to set up and very reliable. They maintain their charge using the solar panel that is built in. You just have to make ensure you install them in an area where they'll get sun. Once they're properly installed and connected to your WIFI, they're worry free. The human detection vs motion detection is extremely useful because you can eliminate unnecessary notifications - especially if you need them pointed toward trees and bushes that move in the wind. They also utilize user-customizable detection zones that hone down undesired notifications even further. The picture is more than adequate - both night and day.

I have deployed 3 of these so far for maybe a year and a half. the solar charger has worked fine through all seasons, even with a lot of snow. I like that the video service is free. Image quality is fine, day or night. What I have removed 1 star for is that the motion detection really seems to have a very short distance. For example, if I set the camera up at a high location to watch over an area, then it's not going to motion detect anything in that view, in my experience. If I point one right in line with a gravel road to see 300' down the road, it's not going to detect the motion until it within a short distance, maybe like 10' or less. I haven't checked the spec to say what is claimed but I wish the detection worked at a further distance. in essence, these are great for when you want to view an area, but not necessarily if you are aiming to catch a crime in the act. Also, when you set videos to be stored on device, then if the device gets taken offline by a trespasser, then you're not going to get any video because the device won't be on the wifi network any more. I can rear that setup was easy and I have had no problems using th cameras from locations around the world.

The Eufy S220 is an amazing camera! I've had it for one week now and so far I'm satisfied with it! I already had the Eufy security App installed on my phone before receiving the camera as I've been using a Eufy Indoor camera already, so adding this camera to the App was a cinch! There were no glitches when connecting to my home Wi-fi and it only took about 5 minutes to mount it on the side of the roof. The mount only requires 2 screws and then attach to the mount. The video quality during the daytime is crystal clear and the night vision is impressive. Videos at night look as if it is dawn outside. When you put the motion settings to high, it will catch just about everything even at 20 feet. The camera doesn't seem to miss any motions! There is a motion setting that allows you to "catch all motions", but I would not recommend this as the camera will really catch all movements and even small insects thus setting off notifications constantly!...You can customize the motion settings by selecting specific areas to protect and you can also block out certain areas of the videos for your neighbors privacy...I only want to use the camera for video purposes and not so much the audio...Upon testing the audio, sounds captured by the camera itself and through my cellphone did sound a little muffled but you can still understand the words. And when I tested the audio spoken from the cellphone and through the camera's speaker, it did sound a little muffled but still understandable...However this is not a major issue for me as I only really needed this camera just for the video. The solar charging is great, and goes up to 100% during sunny days and at night the battery level has only dropped to 80%...I am using the camera in Las Vegas under 100 degrees F, so I'm impressed that it works flawlessly under the high temperature! When viewing the live feed on the app, it is pretty quick and snappy and viewing the all the events is a breeze! The alerts come in fast and notifies you with the text "Someone has been spotted" and you can choose customize notification sounds too...The UI on the app is awesome and user friendly...Saving recorded videos as well as snapshots to your phone can be done with just the touch of a button. You can turn the camera off and on with just one swipe and also if you need to restart the device...The camera has only disconnected and went offline a few times from the Wi-Fi connection, but it is a normal occurrence with any camera...But it does get back online very fast and seems the Wi-Fi connection is very solid and reliable...As far as the overall design of the camera, I think it's one of the best. To have the solar panel built right in make this camera look sleek and clean. This design makes those cameras that have a separate wired solar panel look out of date! I think the built in solar panel design should be the standard for allsecurity camera companies to follow...Having this outdoor camera as well as an indoor camera makes me feel as if I have a high end security camera setup. And why spend more money if these cameras work just as well and perhaps better as the more expensive ones out there. I love the fact that I do not have to pay for any type of subscription to view my videos and I think it is great that Anker mentions this on their ad descriptions. The Anker company has to be one of the best security cameras out right now! I think I have found the security cameras that I will use for a lifetime and it is Eufy security cameras...And as always, Amazon delivered this quickly and well packaged. 5 stars upon 5 stars!!!
