This is the best nicotine patch brand I’ve purchased. I began with Step 1 because I smoked more than 10 cigarettes a day. The directions are to use this patch 1-6 weeks before moving onto Step 2. There’s 14 patches in a box. These are costly but a lot less than buying cigarettes which where I live are $15.00 a pack. These are a 24 hour extended release patch but I found wearing it at night decreased my sleep & gave me wicked dreams. I apply it first thing in the morning & take off right before bed. This patch fights off my cravings all day long. The adhesion is very strong. Make sure you apply it to clean, dry skin. I completed Step 1 & now onto Step 2 & have continued to stay clean. In comparison to other brands this brand is well worth the cost & I highly recommend!

I immediately went from a pack a day to 7 cigarettes on the first day of wearing the patch.
