Quality may fool you
The item appears exactly as shown in the web site, so there's been nothing untoward at all. Having said that, because it was so much more expensive than other items of the same type, I assumed (again, my fault) that the quality would be commensurate with the price. It's not. It's a very light, new piece of poplar. It looks good, but it wasn't made with the finest, rarest or most vintage materials. Just so you know.

Sturdy, looks great
This is a very sturdy little set of hooks. We were looking for a place for the kids to hang coats/backpacks after school. It holds up to three kids worth of coats/fairly heavy backpacks with no problems. I did what another reviewer suggested and removed two hooks and screwed the whole rack into the wall studs and then screwed the hooks back on. There is space enough underneath the hooks that it worked well and it's very secure to the wall now. The mouting harware it comes with is pretty flimsy.

Above the rest
I have waited for this coat rack to be available again & it is well worth the wait. The wood grain is beautiful, the hooks are at the best angle to prevent items from slipping off and the rounded tops make it easy on & off.

Fits like a charm
Perfect spot, sturdy, very nice. Comes with back hardware but I screwed it directly in the wall. Is now a permanent part of my home!

Product is exactly as pictured
I needed a multiple hanger coat rack and this one suited that requirement. Love the color and quality. Was a little difficult for me (a 66-yr-old female) to install on wall as precise measurements for the wall hardware was difficult for me to place exactly where needed. After a minor adjustment it was hung and seems sturdily-enough attached to hold 5 coats at one time.

Not the average
I was willing to pay a little more for something that would be placed right next to our front door - and my husband and I are both very happy with this version of coat hooks - it's a little "different" from the rest and more attractive than many.

I love this. I actually ended up using a long screw and putting it into a stud to make sure it stays up. It’s beautiful

It was easy to hang and is a good weight
This coat rack is exactly what I wanted. It was easy to hang and is a good weight. Shipping was fast and if I had a need for another, I would definitely buy again!
