Seeking After-Sales Service in China for a Faulty Keyboard Purchased in the UK
I bought the Drunkdeer A75 keyboard on Amazon UK, but it is unresponsive. After connecting it to the computer, it can be recognized but does not light up, and apart from the volume control button, no other keys work. Now I have returned to China. Can I apply for after-sales service in China?

best bang for buck keyboard
honestly this keyboard is a good competitor compared to the wooting or apex pro tkl from its price point personally as the build quality is good with its keys and sound profile sounding good and deep but of course the user can always improve by modding but i haven't really needed to but it also comes with keycap puller and braided usb c cable and is controlled though the web software so you don't have to install any application to your computerfor usage i have found that it works very well for rhythm games because of the rapid trigger as that's what i personally play

W key issue, google it before buying
A75 series has a well known issue with W key stop working until you reboot the keyboard. Drunkdeer does not have a solution yet. They offer only to change switch, but be careful, magnetic switch does not have any contacts, it is just a small magnet on a stick. Hall sensor and all the logic about switching on and off is on the board. So as of now it is not clear whether it is Hall sensor glitching or the board. Firmware upgrade does not help either.

Perfect all rounder
Easily the best keyboard with these features and build quality at this price point.

Same as wooting 60he but sounds way better. 0.2mm are too sensitive, you barely touch a button and it activates, left at 2.0mm. Insane value.

Keyboard is Highly responsive, the feel is premium. Switches are so satisfying to type on. They are clacky and dont feel like your ordinary switches. Its quite heavy than other products. But i would 100% get this over the wooting/steelseries as the price just doesnt come close to what you get with this keyboard. Would buy it again, infact im going to buy a spare😂

Amazing keyboard... When it works
When I received the keyboard it was amazing, it had rapid trigger, adjustable actuation and was in a 75% layout and it worked perfectly with Apex and Valorant. However, once they released web software for the keyboard it has completely broken my keyboard since. I no longer can activate rapid trigger or turbo mode (yes, I have updated my software and ensured it is not a pc fault). I have since tried to contact their support and read / ask through their discord server (which they don't promote very well) and have had no reply. Furthermore, it is well past its return date for Amazon so I can no longer get a refund so now I am stuck with a broken keyboard. My advice is to wait for bigger companies to make 75% rapid trigger and adjustable actuation point keyboards with good software and support than spend less and potentially have the same issue as me.Shame really as it was a goof keyboard for less than the current competitors of Steelseries, Wooting and Razer.

Great Keyboard
I was originally going to buy the wooting, until I was recommended this keyboard. I bought the aluminum case and my own keycaps, the switches sound really nice and I love the silver button. Rapid trigger works excellently, making my movement in game the best it's ever been!

Great for competitive Gaming
I'm going to keep this simple: The DrunkDeer A75 is a significantly more accessible competitor to the Wooting.Pros:-Can buy on Amazon-Will arrive within a few days instead of 3 months(Probably, depending on location)-Less Expensive Than Wooting, Steelseries, Corsair K70, etc.-Real In-Game Experience comparable to Wooting (I didn't notice a difference between using this and a 60He)-Online Software easy to use (Much better than it used to be), easy to navigate and simple to understand.-75% Layout gives access to Arrow Keys, Function Row, plus a few extras that can be re-bound for Macros if required. This makes the keyboard usable for both FPS Gaming, AND any other type of gaming you might do (i.e: MMOs, RPGs) where having Macros is important.-It has a Knob. The dial. It spins, and it clicks. Yay.-Stabilizers are... actually pretty decent. Better than my Razer Huntsman Mini.-Switches are decently lubricated, slightly inconsistent, though. (Not sure the difficulty of re-lubing these but, probably won't need it)Cons:-Not easy to take apart (Comparatively, you're gonna want 2 Butter Knives imho)-Sounds kinda gross/pingy Stock (as a keyboard enthusiast. Otherwise, might not notice)-Only 2 options for angle. Alas, most keyboards don't have enough options though.-Plastic Case... More than acceptable at this price-point though.-Not as Customizable (Wooting has many more switch options. idk if this KeyB is hotswap)If you are interested in modding your keyboard at all, then this one can get pretty decent sound for cheap and not a lot of work. I did this:-Trimmed down Packaging Foam inside box and put 1 layer inside (With existing foam)-Tempest Tape Mod (3 Layers, Blue tape)-Tape Mod to Spacebar (I always do this, makes the space bars sound thicc)Bottom Line:If you are looking for a more budget-friendly alternative to the Wooting, get this keyboard or the G65.If you are looking for a more customizable/premium version of this keyboard (for keyboard enthusiasts, mainly), then I recommend the Keychron Q1 HE. Its a 75% Hall Effect with a Knob, but has a Full Aluminum Case and comes stock with Gateron's 2nd Generation of Hall Effect switches (Dual Rail, prelubed), has optional Brass Plate vice Aluminum, etc, at a cost of ~$200.

Great entry to HE keyboards
I normally use linear switches so this keyboard felt great to me. The spacebar was surprisingly good out of the box, and the web driver works perfectly. Rapid trigger is a thing and that worked well in game.

Nice keyboard
This keyboard is generally good. It feels good when typing and has a good gaming experience. Compared with apexpro and wooting keyboards, it is very cost-effective and worth recommending! After using it for a period of time, I felt that there were some minor problems. 1. The anti-slip on the back of the keyboard was not very good. When using the volume, the keyboard would move and I could not firmly grasp the desktop. 2. The keycaps feel good but not PBT. 3. The workmanship on the back of the keyboard is not very good and there are gaps. If you can accept these issues, this keyboard is pretty good! Finally, I would like to commend the seller. The keyboard has put a lot of effort into packaging, and the four corners of the keyboard packaging box are specially protected. Because it is mailed in a bag, it will definitely receive a shock in the middle, so the seller has some precautions when packaging. I am very satisfied with the protective keycap box, because many express packages sent to distant places will be damaged because of their cheap packaging. Although this keyboard packaging is also cheap, it protects the keyboard. It’s worth affirming the seller’s intentions! Because I don’t like products being damaged in the mail, I care about this very much!
