This is a really good tasting lower-carb alternative in my opinion. I really can’t tell the difference between this and regular pasta. It’s not no-carb, just lower carb, so maybe not keto, but if you are keto and want a cheat pasta meal, I recommend this as an option that will satisfy.

This pasta tasted great. I didn't notice anything different about it vs regular full calorie pasta. Maybe a slight texture difference but not much. It's expensive though, given the small size. I knocked off a star for that.

I really like the taste and the texture of this pasta, however, The Penne style is way too large. It comes out huge when you cook it. Would love for them to get some new shapes of pasta also. Other than that, taste and texture are wonderful and of course, being keto it is pricey. But not the worst I’ve seen.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:We picked this because we needed low low carb noodles. You have to cook these longer than you think. They were weird tasting and textured.
