Chipped, missing screws. Better off paying more for a ready made better one
Some of the metal is chipped and it is missing a bit to assemble it with. Very disappointed

Amazing. Solid.
Compared to the prices of other places, especially a TG training, this is insanely cheap. I was a bit worried because I had to screw three different pieces in but this thing is super sturdy, the screws are not gonna go anywhere. It’s very tight. Love it so far. Helping my tibialis strengthUpdate: I purchased the Freak Athlete version because they had a Blackfriday bundle in which this was basically free, and I have to say compared to this one, the Freak Athlete one fits my feet a LOT better. I think the Fitarc (this one) is a little spread apart too far between the bars that rest on your feet. The Freak Athlete is a little closer and makes for a more controlled movement and less maneuvering around. And I wear size 11 shoes so its not like I have small feet or anything. If you have Olympic size weights (olympic sized holes), go with the Freak Athlete. If you only have the 1.25" holes (small holes usually for home gyms), go with this. You wont be disappointed either way. They both work great.

Strong shin.
So far I like the tib bar, used it twice and love using it on the patio stair where I place my heels on the edge of the tread and do my shin curls off it....gives a great pump to the shin. The only problem is the metal pin doesn't take much push to pop it out which is used to hold the weight plate in place, as long as you don't dip the plate downward too low it should be okay...that's why I gave it 4 stars. The pads are big and thick and holds my slightly wide 9.5 feet snug.
