This product arrived packaged very well. Assembly was very intuitive and easy. The operation and function of the control module is very user friendly. The heating levels are satisfying as well. Once assembled the quality and sturdiness is very solid. I purchased this for my grandsons and their gaming room; they love the reclining and size of the chair. And of course, after they leave, I'm left with the ease cleaning the chair up.

This is an excellent bargain for the money. It's not only sharp in looks it's comfy. I do have to say I'm a 5'1" 120ish lbs and I seem to have no issue w leaning back. My guy whom I got this for has made comments about nearly tipping back. He's proly 5'10" and 170ish in weight. I don't know if it's the difference in size between us or if we just throw back differently. Myself, I love that it offers comfort, reclining, rocking, heat and massage. The 2 cup holders are a bonus and the extra storage under both arms. However, I wouldn't put a lot of items in the arm storage for weight reasons. Many pockets. All around my opinion great find.

I really like this recliner! The sleek black color looks great in my unit, and the leather material feels soft while also being super easy to clean. All I had to do is wipe it with a cloth. I’m 5’2”, and it fits me well offering plenty of space to stretch out. The seat and back are supportive but not too firm. It came it a large box which was easy to bring up to the 4th floor of my unit and not heavy at all! It even comes with a built in massager! Overall, the function, form, and aesthetic of the couch gives a modern but also comfortable place for my home.

Great rocker recliner chair! Good quality, easy instructions. I ordered mine for a full time camper, it was so nice to easly bring inside piece by piece and assemble.Good quality, very comfortable!The heat and massage is perfect after a long day! Perfect size for a 6 foot man. The swivel and reclining ability makes it perfect for a smaller space.

was skeptical about buying a chair unseen, that too a recliner. But the other reviews encouraged me to buy (not just 1 but 2) for my home theater. putting it together was a breeze. we've been enjoying it the last several weeks. reclining ability is very nice, in-seat massager with heat is awesome (we are looking forward to spending winter nights in the basement, watching movies, with this heater on). so far the chair feels sturdy, hopefully it'll be this way for years to come. haven't had to clean it much, but a paper towel has been doing the trick. will recommend to friends and family.

I absolutely love this recliner. Due to my sleep apnea I have to sleep in a recliner. This chair is very comfortable, durable, and has a sleek look with the material. Really love those cup holders too! Easy to clean as well.My only issue is the arm compartments that unzip. Theres nothing solid there to keep your arm or hand from sinking into the compartment when trying to push yourself up out of the chair. Other than that, I have nothing negative to say. It arrived earlier than expected too. Id love to be one your product testers!
