Material of mother cat poor quality, arrived with a hole in it, near the zip. Nice idea but expensive for such poor item

My four year old loved getting these for her birthday! She cuddles them and loves taking the kittens in and out of the mommy. She can easily zip it up herself with kittens inside. Haven’t washed them yet, so I don’t know what it’ll look like after washing. So soft
