Highly recommended. Excellent build quality and razor sharp.
Highly recommended. Excellent build quality and razor sharp. Flawless action right out of the box. I rate this knife much higher in overall quality than a $225 Pro-Tech Malibu MagnaCut (I purchased one and immediately returned it, as it looked to have been sharpened by a blind man, using his feet and an 18 grit wheel). This knife, is truly razor sharp right out of the box with flawless grind geometry. This is probably the best value you will ever find for a Nitro-V blade, button lock flipper. Love it!

exceptional
Build quality is unheard of for such a price, the clean lines and smoothness of the operations of this knife are incredible, again unheard of at such a price. Upon arrival straight out of the box, the knife was very sharp. Fits nicely in either hand, and of course was able to adequately open and close with either hand. The only concern that I have from this knife is... the grip is so comfortable, no rough spots of any kind, fearing that it my slip out of hand. Other than that this knife is flawless. My first purchase of a Civivi Blade, I am sure that I will purchase others.. outstanding A++

You could probably stick with the linear lock praxis
Don’t get me wrong this knife is very fidgety and fun to play with and it’s basically an upgraded version of the normal praxis which is already a phenomenal knife imo, but for the price this knife doesn’t do much better then that one 😅, I could maybe argue the locking mechanism is safer but that’s about it, in a vacuum tho this knife is very good, razor sharp out the box, deploys quick and smooth, for a flipper decently tough, but if your looking for a “budget” edc you would be just as well off looking at the linear lock praxis for like half the price of this one, and you could find higher quality knives in this price range but I’m gonna rate this knife 5 stars because I do RLY like the comfort and feel of this knife and my only real gripe with the knife is the higher cost point but it is made with higher quality materials so that argument is kinda weak and idk enough to say if it’s over priced or well priced it’s just something I took note of

Lightweight fullsize flipper with button loch. Well made and very fidgety.
Details:Black Aluminum HandleBlack Nitro-V Stonewashed BladeBlade Stainless Steel ClipBlack Stainless Steel HardwareBlack Push Button LockIncludes:- Zippered case- Cleaning clothLightweight full-size knife- 4 oz.- Overall length 8 5/8”.- 3 3/4” blade.- Thin and sliced drop point arrived sharp 0.12”.Push button lock has a little drag, likely will go away with more use. Has already improved.Deep carry clip. Little thin and flimsy. Will likely get caught on something and bend easily. An aftermarket replacement is recommended. The clip is held in with 2 screws and can be setup for either right hand or left hand tip up carry.Handle is comfortable but is slippery. The handle has 2 finger groves that my index and ring finger fall comfortably into. The top of the blade has functional jimping, but it would be nice if they provided a bit more as it is only about a half inch in length. You can choke up by as the sharpening choil is plenty big and comfortable for a finger to rest in and adds functionality.Disassembly is straight forward with 2 scale screws on either side of the back spacer and a pivot screw. There is a spring under the push button plunger so exercise caution. The pivot operates on caged ceramic ball bearings. There is a lanyard hole in the back spacer should you choose to use one.For a full size knife I would say it has an average height and is lightweight. It carries deep in the front pocket and is barely noticeable for a full size knife. The draw is light and easy due to the thin gauge of the pocket clip. The flipper tap and action are tuned optimally and would rival knives much more expensive. The included knife case and cleaning cloth are a premium add in this budget level.

10/10 great knife
Beautiful knife for the budget. Fits super comfortably in the hand, not too heavy. It feels incredibly sturdy. Button lock could be a little nice, but its super easy to use. Works great. I love the brand. Comes with a protective case, but i'll never use that. This stays on me. No need for a case!

Great versatile knife
I love this knife. I bought this for camping as my main kitchen knife. It folds up and is nice and light and perfect for preparing meals. No blade coatings to contaminate food. The Nitro V steel came razor sharp. I did put on some Talon grip tape for added texture and it’s perfect. It’s a keeper along with my mini Praxis. Thank you Civivi for making excellent works of art 👊🏼
