It is the best thing I have bought to enhance my freestyle swimming. I have been trying to improve my freestyle swimming to achieve 70% of my MHR, and by using the neoprene trunks, I have been able to swim for 70 mins without getting tired. Excellent piece!

I do triathlons and these are great for training. So far I have used them in a pool and they work well. They are tight so be careful with sizing.

This brand runs extremely small. I typically wear a medium and easily wear a large, but even the extra large is snug.
