The low setting on the gun does not work. I did not send it back since I don't use the low setting, however, the product should do what it says it would. I use this to fix broken screens on phones and tablets. I had to buy one since the newer phones, like the Galaxy S8, have much more adhesive than usual. Heats very very well so if you want a product to just heat things up, who cares about the low setting.

The attachments don't fit tight enough to stay on, needed to bend edges slightly inward to get them to stay in place when using the heat gun. Otherwise the heat gun performed well.

I used it to form rocks out of foam worked very well in texturing. the on off switch needs to turn on up flip and off in down flip.

Maybe if it was not used professionally...Pros:Adjustable temperature and airspeedDigital temperature gaugeCons:The only problem, which is a big one, is that after using to for about a month it started smoking inside (coming out of the sides)We used it for warming vinyl car wrap films during application and it would only be running for about 30 seconds to a minute at a time with pauses between of 10 minutes to one hour.
