UPDATE 2/19/25: Excellent Customer Service. Easy to reach and prompt response. Replacement for the broken USB connection part of the cord is on its way. Still alternating use on hips, knees, back and hand every day and it really makes a difference in my mobility. I am also on their waiting list for their red light therapy cap for thinning hair.UPDATE 2/16/2025: The red wire that connects to the USB broke. I will contact the co. and see what they say. Photo added. I have used this device every day since I got it in July 2024 and want to keep using it. The black plastic cover for the USB also broke apart.UPDATE 11/19/24: After 31 25-minute hip treatments I can walk as I did before my fall. It has also helped treat a 'trigger finger', still a little stiff but not 'catching' all the time and I can make a fist; I have only used it on my hand about 8 times so far; also helped reduce sharp pain at the bottom of my right thumb. I like the belt because I can double it and treat my hand on both sides. I use it somewhere every day. For me, it was well worth the cost.NOTE: I used this therapy method very soon, not after having a condition for years so if you are in the latter category, it may take many weeks of treatment 3-5 times a week for you to see results.ORIGINAL review: Arrives exactly as described. Plenty of length to wrap around your hips or back; I am able to wrap around my whole body as I am a small person. Strong velcro so it stays in place. It's well made and seems to be of very good quality. 800# for support and a lifetime warranty. Comes with a little user guide. I was experiencing a lot of pain in my hip joint and knee post-fall and it was very painful to walk, sit and bend. In just 9 20-minute combined infrared & near infrared sessions with this device, I have about a 90% improvement. I can walk, sit and bend with very little pain - I'd say I went from about a 5 to a 1-2 on a scale of 10. My hip has arthritis so it will never be perfect. I cannot say this will work for everyone, but I can say it worked for me and I'm going to keep using it on a regular basis on hips, knees, back and hands. P.S. I read a lot of reviews before I purchased this device as there are warnings about cheaper ones causing burns. This one gets warm but not hot, they say rest 3 hrs. between uses to let it completely cool. It is made in China.

I’m a full time wheelchair user as of a year and a half ago. I purchased this one year ago. It’s helped increase blood circulation and decreases pain temporarily in my areas of injury. It’s very functional and comfortable to wear. The design allows for me to use it in many different areas. I haven’t purchased the battery for it, so I don’t use it in a portable mode.

I can put this on sore areas and it relaxes the muscles enough so I can sleep well and feel faster recovery. For persistent aches due to age and over use, I use it 2 times a day as needed. It does give off some heat but doesn't burn skin. I leave it on for 20 minutes at a time, but it is fully adjustable to intensity and time duration and if you want it to pulse or not. Will buy again if this one wears out!

We ordered this belt. It didn't operate with any other battery pack other than the one they manufacture so we bought that battery. Now all of a sudden it stopped working. The connection from the battery pack to the belt isn't working. I'm so upset as we have had to order additional parts and still have something that doesn't work.

Use this to help with bloating, have been very satisfied with the results!

its been a few months I've been using and only complaint is that its not heating up like it used to. I used to sweat now I dont I just get red marks on my skin. overall its ok.

This has more features than the belt I bought for $350. Can adjust the frequency. The lights are protected by washable plastic, but you can use it without the plastic protector. Long 30 minute cycle compared to 15 or 20 with others.
