Very difficult to assemble
Instructions are simply illustrations, video is useless. Parts do not simply click together and the limited instructions make it frustrating, wish I had read more reviews before I purchased - honestly would have spent far more for a greenhouse that truly was simple to build - this one is not!

Good greenhouse for price you are paying
Hubby and I got it together after reading directions and the many tips from other reviews, which greatly helped. Took us about 3 days, few hours each day to work at it. Most work was putting down paver stones as the floor, then we mounted the frame base to 4x4 wood to add some weight and help stability. We are in southern PA but get lots of winds to 60 mph here fairly regular, so we'll see how that goes. We added a kit with heavy duty stakes we put 12" into ground and then attached to wood base to also help secure it. Once together it seemed sturdier than when we were assembling. Yes, the directions were confusing, so we had to re-do a couple areas. Door sticks at bottom corner and yet everything shows level and square, so not sure really how to fix that. The small windows that open up seem lightweight and worried about them getting ripped off during severe thunderstorms. The little levers for them to open just rest on a very small screw and don't seem very sturdy either. But it was $500 instead of the $3500 price tag of some greenhouse companies we looked at so I would expect it to be less quality. I have noticed we are at end of April and when 70 outside if sunny seems to be about 30 degrees higher in green house right now. I'm waiting to see what it is like come fall and temps in 40s or less where green house will be temp wise. That's were I'm hoping to extend growing season in PA. During summer thinking not much would do well in there at 120+ degrees in the summer heat, so this will be mainly for starting seeds in Feb/march and extending after Nov in fall. I hope it holds up through the seasons here, 6+ inches of snow on roof and again thinking the panels will not make it but guess we'll find out soon enough. Best I can say is take your time, don't try on a windy day, helps having 2 people. We caulked the roof and will do the rest over next few weeks to help rain proof a bit better. For the cost seems to be fairly nice and size is not exact, we got the 12x8 and neither side measured to that, so they round up a few inches. Whatever size you think you need, get next size up!

The Instructions Sucks
It is a great purchase. I had issues following the instructions. Maybe the instructions can be made using pictures. A picture is worth more than thousand words. Other than that; I am a happy camper.

Good customer service
Difficult to assemble. Had missing and defective parts. Thank goodness they had great support for parts.

Not great quality
I’m missing the latch that holds window open and the tops bars are bent and warped so I can’t get the roof panels to slide in correctly or even at all. This was very expensive but I’m not even able to get it put together all the way. Hoping seller can help

Awful Design and Defective Parts
They didn't provide enough bolts and nuts for all of the parts. Some nuts were defective and didn't have threading halfway through them, preventing the bolts from fitting. They drilled holes in the long pieces of the door frame on the back of the parts, while the width of the frame had holes drilled on the sides. The hinges were either facing the wrong way or upside down because the one part wouldn't have matched the rest of the door. One of the brace pieces you attach diagonally at the end was cut way too short. And then there are QC issues with damages and scratches all over the frame pieces. Ended up being impossible to assemble the door, defeating the whole purpose of the greenhouse. Truly the worst experience I've ever had building anything.

It solids
Very beautiful and works perfectly. However it was missing a metal attachment that closes the window. It was also the worst thing to build, definitely not for novice builders!!

EXCELLENT Customer Support!
First thing customers should know is that this is a great company to purchase from. Let me explain. we received the greenhouse a few days early which was great. It went together pretty easily...a few hiccups but not much. Then came an EF 1 tornado and a week later 60-80 mph straight line winds happened. we lost a window in the tornado....just a window. winds were s-sw. the straight line winds were straight out of the north and hit the greenhouse head on. It was rough. lost the other window and several panels...I cried. right after we lost the window I messaged the company to order a replacement. not only did they promptly get back to us, they also volunteered to swnd extra panels which we ended up needing after the straight line winds. I teared up when I opened the box filled with replacement panels. THIS is how you do business. I'm glad we made this purchase and grateful for the support on the back end!
