RESOLUTION
For those, like me that purchased this thing in hopes of some type of noticeable resistance and didn’t find any… RESOLUTION… I cut a small piece of Pipe Cleaner rod, shaped into a donut and fit it in the screw in piece. It’s not the Be All, End All, but when you tighten down enough… I think you’ll find the resistance you were looking for. Hope that helps!!

What did I spend this money on
I noticed literally zero difficulty at all. It was just like breathing normally. Not helpful. Not a trainer. And I smoke, so it's not hard to make me cough and struggle to breath. This thing offered no resistance regardless of screwing the end. At one point I plugged one of the holes. That helped.Just put your hand over your mouth and pretend.
