These are an amazing way to enhance your natural skin tone. What a great little supplement. They seem to have helped even out my facial skin tremendously. Less visible age spots & discoloration. Looks like I’ve been in the sun for the past mth & gotten a very natural looking color. No side effects for me, no reactions of any kind. I noticed a difference in about a week. My skin feels softer and the glow is beautiful.**I have psoriasis really bad, and tons of discoloration/scars on my arms and legs. I was skeptical but I can definitely see a difference. I have light skin and don't tan easily. This product took away the pastey Midwestern look . The biggest benefit however, is that it improved the quality of my skin. It is much smoother now. I'll keep using it for that reason alone.

Wish I could give zero stars..SAVE YOUR MONEY DOESNT WORK..taken the entire contents and no tanner now than I was when I started..don't waste your money..product sucks!!!!

My skin is fair and a shade so light that I cannot truly get tan in the sun, I simply get pink and freckled. These turned me a couple of shades darker, and I just look better. There doesn't seem to be any downside; I feel great . I don't want to be pale all Summer long, nor pink either, so I'll keep buying these. They work!Additional note: After ordering a second jar, I began developing some issues like muscle pain and jaw pain. The jaw pain was surprisingly severe. When I noticed it waning between doses I decided to stop taking the capsules for a few days. The pain went away and a subsequent visit to my dentist confirmed that nothing was wrong other than my reaction to these caps. They turned me a nice color but sadly it was too high of a price.

Taking for 5 mnths now. If you expect this to make you tan, forget it. My skin cleared up a bit but thats it. May have to take longer to see further benefits

Rarely do I write product reviews. When I first purchased the product, there were few reviews to really use as a basis for an informed choice. I am happy to report this supplement does work amazingly after taking it for around 3-4 weeks. My 42 year old, fair complexion has a notable bronze glow that is not at all orange. I did get sunburnt on the one 80 degree day we had in Ohio during the month of March. The sunburn was not as bright as it usually would have been, and the burn turned into a tan within hours. The capsules are large, but relatively easy to swallow. I did appreciate that the capsules reveal the contents.
