It’s worth every penny, especially if installed without cords showing!
This tv is incredible, I would definitely recommend a professional installation if you don’t know your way around cutting through a wall and installing a box to hid the wiring box for the frame, that is if you want the authentic picture look with no wires. The frame adjust to level like you would adjust a traditional framed photo, which was really convenient. The frame sound bar is definitely the way to go, and the remote to the frame has a solar charger and USB-c charging port, which begs the question: why aren’t all tv remotes rechargeable?? Samsung really hit it out of the park with the frame TV, and the pairing with the frame soundbar, it’s the best!

Frame TV
I like it. Very slim. Sound is good and clear and picture is great. I don’t like how you have to pay for the art monthly though.

Don't buy from Samsung and don't order TV's from Amazon
"I've been a loyal Amazon customer for years, always trusting in their service. However, my recent experience with both Amazon and Samsung has left me incredibly disappointed. I purchased a TV from Samsung through Amazon and hired a professional installer to mount it. Everything seemed fine until the One Connect box failed to work. When I contacted Amazon's customer service for assistance, I was met with rudeness and unhelpfulness. Instead of resolving the issue, they directed me to return it, at my age, I needed then to hire someone to not only re-package this but send it back. TV's are large. I am 78 years old. Samsung, which I had already contacted without success. To make matters worse, Samsung insisted on the TV's serial number, which was only accessible after the TV had been mounted. Removing the TV from the wall was a major inconvenience, and even then, Samsung's demands for additional information made the process feel like a frustrating comedy of errors. After wasting more time and energy, I finally secured a date for a Samsung technician to come out next week. However, I'll now have to pay my installer to return and complete the setup, adding to the frustration and inconvenience. This experience has shattered my confidence in both Amazon and Samsung's customer service. My advice to others is to consider purchasing from retailers like Costco, where superior customer service is a given. As for buying TVs from Amazon or Samsung, I strongly advise against it based on my regrettable experience.I've never felt compelled to leave a negative review before, but this ordeal has pushed me to share my frustration. If my installer hadn't still been on hand, I would have been completely stranded. It's a disheartening realization that even longstanding trust can be shattered by such poor service."

Great multipurpose TV.
Looks great on the wall. My wife is happy then so am I. Enjoy the picture frame feature when we are not using it as a TV.

Amazing TV, but the app isn’t so user friendly.
We have had our last insignia TV for over 10 years and it’s been great, the only problem was that we have large bay windows in our front room so glare was always an issue. These ultra flat TVs are amazing… we bought it because of that feature and the art frame being so thin, cosmetically it’s awesome I will buy more art TVs in the future. In the app the TV channels is impressive, Roku has tons of free channels but the Samsung has more!! Three disappointing points, 1 the basic art pictures are meh, not good anymore since Samsung changes their app which forces you to update frequently which is annoying, 2 having the tv insides in a box separately is brilliant and awesome to connect everything in a tv bench, but the Samsung app is relatively slow and lack luster even though it has a ton of free channels which is really nice, if you have used a Roku or Apple TV you might be frustrated with how cumbersome the Samsung app is to use, and even though the simple remote it’s not exactly user friendly. To navigate through the guide is meh, but again there are tons of free channels. Using the Roku app on the TV it has a slight lag but that’s fine, The 3rd point is the app on your phone forces you to use the Samsung hub and force updates all the time, if you wanted to be able to quickly turn the volume down or change the channel on the tv from the app on your phone I would say 2/3 of the time you have to update it you can’t just use it stand alone, then to get to the TV function you have to click through a few options just to get to the TV remote, with other brands you can click on the app and it brings up the remote. The tv itself 5+ stars, the app I really don’t care for it but tolerate it because the TV is so nice.

Great frame!
Perfect size for that 'not a TV' look. Great resolution and looks like art with no glare at all.

More Style Than Substance
I wanted to love this TV. It delivered on its promise to blend design and functionality, at least on the surface. The flush mount capability is excellent, and the One Connect Box allows for a clean, cable free aesthetic that genuinely elevates any space. The matte, antireflective display is a standout feature, making both artwork and video content look striking, even in bright roomsBut once you get past the looks, the experience gets a little rough around the edgesFor a premium price point, the software and smart features don’t quite keep up. The OS often feels sluggish, and app integration can be frustratingly inconsistent. The voice control on the remote is also hit or miss, more often misinterpreting commands than getting them right, which quickly makes it feel like a gimmick rather than a usable toolPicture quality is solid in SDR and everyday use, but if you’re expecting high end HDR performance, temper your expectations because this isn’t the TV for cinematic contrastIt’s a design forward lifestyle TV with a few impressive tricks, but it falls short of justifying its premium price if performance and smart features matter to you. Great form but honestly average function
