This product has been a piece of junk! It never worked right when I purchased it, I tried to return it and it got sent back! I tried again to return it and was told I couldn’t! I just recently purchased a brand new TV thinking maybe it might work now…..NOPE! This is not worth the money or trouble so don’t waste your time!

I wanted to wait and see how this product performed prior to writing a review. I've had theSuperbox now for about 6 months, and I must say 'I LOVE THIS THING." My wife and I settle in every evening to watch our favorite TV series, and or occasionally a movie, and the box hasn't let us down yet. As long as you have decent internet, you really don't need to have cable or dish. I think the box pulls in every local channel in the USA and a healthy amount of channels from Canada. We're able to watch all or any of the NFL games, or any other major sporting event. I think we get all of the Movie channels e.g. HBO, Showtime, Cinemax etc... As far as sheer volume of channels, it exceeds 1800+. No DVR, but it does have a weeks worth of playback covering major events e.g. Superbowl, the Masters, NBA playoffs, I think you get the idea. Anyway, this is the absolute hands down best alternative to cable or dish.

DO NOT BUY THIS DEVICE – HERE’S WHY:I strongly advise against purchasing this device. The reasons are undeniable:1. No Guarantees – There is absolutely no assurance on how long this device will support digital programming.2. Shady Third-Party Software – It relies on unverified third-party APKs for channel access, bypassing major providers in an unreliable and questionable manner.3. Limited & Low-Quality Channels – Despite claims of “all channels,” the selection is severely restricted and suffers from low-resolution quality—even with a high-end HDMI connection.4. Underpowered Hardware – The processor and RAM cannot handle certain channels, likely due to overloaded backend servers. The poor infrastructure struggles to support the volume of devices sold.5. Frequent Crashes & Restarts – The device repeatedly restarted during streaming, even after resets. And yes, my internet speed exceeds the required minimum.6. Terrible Investment – Spending $400 on a set-top box that provides no future-proofing, no guarantees, and subpar service is a financial mistake.Better Alternatives ExistFor $400, IPTV services with month-to-month subscriptions offer far better value—ensuring quality service and reliability rather than a one-time gamble on a failing device. Think before you buy.

It works great once you figure it out. The install is pretty basic, but the actual app/screen set up can get a little confusing and mine didn’t come with any instructions, BUT there’s plenty on YouTube so if you just watch some videos there, you’ll get the hang of it (thank you to those people who took the time to save us hours of frustration!)To be clear, you still have to pay for your Netflix, Amazon etc subscriptions. You can either integrate them into the SuperBox screen or just get out of it and go to your TV’s interface. The FREE part is the ‘cable’ part. Lots and lots and lots of channels, movie channels, sports, fights etc. I get tired of scrolling lol.It does freeze up sometimes, so be prepared to possibly upgrade your internet, but it seems to go back pretty quickly. So far, sports-freak husband isn’t bothered by it too much. There’s so much more I haven’t even dived into because we’re pretty basic, so if you’re techie, you’ll probably love it even more.

First off I barely ever write a review.I just got it in today && the set up was SO easy. It just popped up on my screen as soon as I plugged it into the wall and I followed the steps.Came with everything listed that would come with it. I wasn’t missing a piece.No more having to stop what I’m doing to click “ok” for the next episode to play for my kids. There’s every channel you could think of even for babies!! If you have cable, drop it! Every channel your service provider will be charging you extra for comes on this box!!! I am at so much peace knowing I don’t have to flip through 10 different apps just to find something I’m interested in watching. This is literally Live TV.Best investment besides my home, car, && fishing poles lol! 10/10 highly recommend!!!

This item was unreliable from the start. It was off line more than it was on. The manufacturer was good about providing support. However, this last episode was beyond their ability to help. I realize that we are beyond the 30 day return window but given the price and the very limited use I got from it, I would think that some assistance would be appropriate.
