Is it quiet or does it begin to make knocking sounds after some period of time?

I’ve had mine since May 2018 and it has been whisper quiet since and hasn’t given me any problems. We only use that machine for our water source 24/7. No noise at all so far and mind you, we’ve spilt water on the machine every time we turn a bottle upside down and placed it on top and it doesn’t bother the machine at all (just don’t do crazy and flood the thing haha). Other than that it’s wonderful.

What are the demensions of the base?

11" x 11" w/o pet water dish. The water dish adds 9.5 " on front or side depending on your placement choice.

Do you need to use primo water or any 5 gallon water?

Any kind. I bought four 3-Gallon bottles (easier to handle) and fill them at my local water store

Hello, i was wondering how often you need to replace internal tubing for sanitary reasons and how hard that would be to do oneself?

We have never cleaned it., nor replaced internal tubing. I think it is a closed system. Suggestion: Ask the distributor.
