I have issues with swallowing pills but not this one! I read the reviews and decided ok I will try them. Very surprised that I Do Not choke when I that this vitamin.

I am a breast feeding mother so of course I can and will take ALL the extra calcium I can get.With my first child, he drained so much of my calcium I started having joint pain and dental issuesThis time around I have made sure to stay on top of taking vitamins of all sorts. I've been taking these for a few weeks and feel confident in the quality. The added Vitamin D3 is a big plus for absorption, and I like that it supports more than just bone health—heart, nerves, and immune system too. The softgels are easy to swallow, and the bottle lasts a good while. Great value

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I needed a few of these pronto to build my bone density because the other brand inuse was sold out. I like soft gels and these went down ok althogh they are a little too big for my liking.
