Better than yogitoes, and half the price!
So I caved a few months ago and bought a nice Manduka mat - I'd been using an Aurorae synergy for my hot Vinyasa practice, so I needed a towel. My studio uses yogitoes towels, and they're ok-ish - still have to rearrange them periodically but I figured that's ever towel, right? Wrong, but we'll get to that in a second. So I looked at Yogitoes first and promptly about passed out from sticker shock - $50+ per towel?! And I needed like, 3 or 4 to rotate out, right? That's where this little towel came in. The buyer thay posted the photo that shows it still intact after her practice wasn't lying - it DOESN'T MOVE! It might wrinkle a TINY bit and not be perfectly smooth, but that's it. I stick the back corners of my mat into the corner pockets and just fold the tiny bit (an inch, maybe) of excess towel over the top of my mat. Boom. Traction in every down dog, every float to the top of my mat, no towel bunching pulling through through to up dog. Perfect.I ordered more walking out from my first hot class with it. Top notch product.

This towel is not for me but this company is wonderful
Sure the towel doesn’t slip on the mat, just as advertised. However my feet slip and slide all over it no matter if I am sweaty or not. It isn't any easier to hold postures like warrior 2 or go up into wheel with sweaty hands and feet on my bare Giam mat than it is with this towel on it. Wish I could return itUPDATE: I was contacted by Heathyoga following a 1 star review of this product. It did not serve my needs and they graciously worked with me to find a product of theirs that did, Heathyoga ProGrip Yoga Mat. I used this mat for a month during heated yoga flow classes and can say it is absolutely amazing. No matter how much moisture is on my hands or feet they do not slip and slide. Not only did they find a solution to the problem I was having during heated yoga but they quickly shipped it to me and did not charge me a single dime!! OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE. You cannot go wrong with ordering from this company.

Recommend this towel for anyone who SWEATS during hot yoga
This is an awesome yoga towel. sweat a lot during hot yoga -- A LOT. I was slipping all over the place using a higher priced yoga towel. This one is It is very grippy on the mat side (it does not slide or bunch) and also grippy on my hands and feet. I definitely notice the performance is even better when I spray it down with a mist of water before starting, as the directions suggest. I have bought two of these mats and had a little trouble with the silicone on the back side flaking off of one of them. I contacted customer service at Heathyoga and they were phenomenal. They were responsive to my emails, polite and sent me a replacement very quickly. Overall 5 stars for a good quality, reasonably priced product and excellent customer service from the seller.

I absolutely love this yoga towel!
I've started going to heated Vinyasa pretty consistently, and draping one of the gym towels over my mat just wasn't cutting it. I looked around at a few different towels, and ordered one of these. It's absolutely perfect, I don't have to worry about slipping and sliding around my mat and it stays in place throughout all different flows. As others have said, you just give it a good misting before you get started and eventually your sweat will really keep in in place. It has shrunk a little bit since I've washed it with the rest of our clothes, but I'm ok with it because it was actually a bit too long for my mat so it now fits perfectly. I've bought another one and will probably buy a third as well so I don't have to wash them as often.

Great towels if you sweat a lot...
Bought 3 of these towels and have been using them for about 4 months. I sweat a lot during hot yoga and these towels soak it all up so I don't have to constantly wipe the yoga mat. The seller recommends spraying water on the towels prior to use so they're not slippery and I've been doing that prior to each use. If you don't, they are a little slippery. The first two towels I bought didn't come with a little spray bottle but the third one did.

great choice!
I had never used a towel on my yoga mat before and I feel lucky that I picked a great one without really knowing what I needed. I have a lot of foot problems and I was very worried about slipping and about the towel getting all wrinkled up as I moved. This towel fit my mat perfectly (I have a Yoga Rat mat). The pockets and grip of the towel kept the towel in place with no shifting. Per the directions, I sprayed a small amount of water on the towel at the start of class and I had no problems with grip. I actually felt that the towel gripped better than my mat alone and my mat is pretty grippy. I liked that the towel added a bit of cushioning to my mat - nice for poses on knees. After using this towel one time, I decided I liked this towel so much that I immediately bought a second one. The towel came with a tiny spray bottle and a drawstring bag in the same material as the towel. I got the blue to start and my red one just arrived tonight. The colors were true to picture online. I have already laundered and air dried the blue towel and it washed up just fine. Can't wait for my next yoga class!

Better than Yogi Toes
WOW! A no slip mat is a must when you practice Hot Yoga and I had been using a cheap one I bought at a local department store and it wasn't helping. I went to Amazon to buy Yogi Toes, because that's what everyone else in class was using. I kept scrolling down the page looking at all of their options when I came across this. It's half the price and got great reviews so I thought I would try it. I am so glad I did!!! It's just a bit longer than my mat but I tuck the bottom of my mat into the fold and let the top half hang over. It didn't bunch up or move once during the entire 75 minute class. I am so glad I kept scrolling and found these!

Best mat towel.
I tried several different towels to find the best one without having to spend the money on Manduka and Yogitoes. To my surprise, for half the money, these towels are amazing. They hook around the corners of your mat to lock into place. Then, the wetter they get from sweat, the more tacky they are. There is no slip or slide. Only wash and dry. Do not use fabric softener. Also, avoid using lotion the day of your practice. Your hands and feet will stay firmly planted.
