Excellent Tool – Gets the Job Done Right
This tool works exactly as intended. I used it to install multiple recessed lights, and it cuts through drywall effortlessly. Make sure to measure your light, pipe, or whatever you’re working with before buying—I did, and had zero issues. The built-in dust catcher is a game changer—no mess and no dust in my face. Overall, a great buy and highly recommended for clean, precise cuts.

Definitely worth it
Worth every penny! There’s nothing worse than cutting Sheetrock overhead. It’s crazy messy & never comes out clean. This tool was amazing. Captured all the dust and cut a perfect hole in about 10 seconds. I installed 6 can lights in like 5 minutes. Came out great.

Just a great hole saw kit
Great tool. I cut 14 holes with so far and it's not dull or worn at all. The dust catcher works great too. Great item. The arbor it came with is the only one that works with the dust catcher which is ok since it works great too

A must have
I only gave it 4 stars because the guide drill bit that comes with it is way to long and i had to shorten. Other than that does great. It caught most of the dust and i wasnt worried about my eyes.

Works great!
Only used it for 6 lights so far, but works great! So much easier than using a saw or knife, makes a nice clean hole, and catches most of the dust. 10/10 must-have for doing can/panel lights. Whhhhhrl, boom, hole done, move on to the next.

Why didn't I buy this years ago?
I've probably installed 80+ recessed can lights or LEDs in the two houses we've owned in the last 10 years. I cut almost every hole with a handheld drywall saw while dust drifted into my eyes. So stupid. Now, I just mark out the center point for each light using my laser and drill the hole in a matter of seconds with this holesaw. The dust collection works great, though I have had the pilot bit walk on me a little once or twice. Just start slowly and keep the saw as even as possible with the surface you're cutting through. If you press to hard it may lock up on you or kickback and gash the ceiling. This was money well spent for me.
