These are good knee sleeves for their specific intended purpose. To be clear, these are very lightweight, literally like a high performance tube sock. However, a sock isn't built to fit over your knee and these are, not to mention the price is reasonable. I made myself believe for a long time that I needed a ton of support for my knees but I finally broke away from that and purchased these, seeking a less restrictive option. I am glad I did! My workouts have actually improved now that I am using lighter sleeves. I have so much more range of motion with less effort and my knees are nice and warm.Cons: They are long.....like a CVS receipt long. I have no earthly idea why they need to be this long other than perhaps it helps to keep them in place. I would still buy again, it's worth the trade.

So glad that I found this on Amazon. My left knee has been bothersome for the last few months. I have tried the knee brace from the drug store, but it was uncomfortable when I wore it to the gym. I also tried the wrap. It worked. But the Bear KomplexX Sleeves are both comfortable and provide enough support for my weak knee. The only learning curve I had was to pull the sleeve higher on the thigh so I don't have to keep pulling it up and it stayed where it supposed to be at. And it stays cool throughout my exercises. My friend at my gym class asked how I like it, and I told her I highly recommend it. I told her to look it up at Amazon. I waited two weeks before I write this review to make sure I really like it.

I went Small (Male, 135lb, 5'7" athletic build) since I wasn't sure and wanted to be safe since most knee compression sleeves aren't meant to be baggy and I am glad that I did. Fits nice and tight but not too tight, not worried about it falling down at all. Using these for summer softball since I don't want to wear pants but still want to slide headfirst into bases without skinning my knees every week, so I'm glad that they are a bit on the thicker side in terms of fabric density. One thing to note, they're definitely smaller in terms of length than what you think they will be based on the pictures shown. Also, the "Bear Komplex" logo is on the bottom of the sleeves, not toward the top where your thigh will be for what it's worth. Other than that, I think they will work out well for what I have planned.

These were the first knee sleeves I purchased since starting CrossFit in December 2016. I've noticed a lot of knee pain after 7 months of hard WODs and (more recently) regularly running 2-3 miles 1-2 times a week, and so I wanted something to help. I started wearing these while running and during all WODs (and warm-ups) and have noticed a significant difference in my pain levels. These sleeves seem to be high quality. They are more like socks than anything else, and while they don't seem very tight as you are putting them on, the moment you stand up you can feel the compression. The one downside I have noticed so far is that they have a really bad chemical smell. I tried washing them and letting them air dry, but it's still faintly there. Maybe after a couple more washes, it will subside.

I like this knee sleeve very much, because that is exactly what I was looking for -- light compression, light support. I have numerous strong compression knee "braces" for walking and exercising. They are thick, black and heavy. That's not what I wanted. I wanted something that provides moderate support in everyday activities without wearing a brace. That's what I believe this is. Personally, I wouldn't use it for heavy exercising like running or even distance walking....but for my purposes (cleaning at home, grocery shopping, puttering in the garage), it is just what I wanted. It DOESN'T have those nasty silicone grips at the top, which is wonderful, and the fabric is warm and comforting. And, it washes well too. And for the price, it's economical. I think I am going to order another pair. I got what I wanted. UPDATED Oct. 2019. I just ordered 4 more of these sleeves! -- and changed my rating from 4 stars to 5 stars. I love this knee sleeve because it DOESN'T have nasty silicone grips that assault my skin. That's a primary reason. But I also use these sleeve for basic around-the-house mild compression, and they do a great job. In addition, recently I had some calf problems and used it overnight for the tiniest bit of compression on my calf, and it was just perfect. Again -- it's not a brace for heavy running or exercising, BUT it absolutely has some wonderful uses in daily living. I recommend it for that purpose. I now have 6 of these!

I've avoided typical knee sleeves as much add I've needed them, because I hate the way even the most comfortable ones feel. These are genuinely the perfect solution for someone like me!They keep the area warm without getting at all sweaty, and give JUST the right amount of support without feeling restrictive. I even forget I have them on once I start moving! Plus...they're easy to get on and off even after a sweaty workout.I use them for both running, and crossfit, and have found very minimal slipping, less than expected of a knee sleeve put under that much movement.I'm 5' 1" and 107# and the small fits perfectly.Thank you Bear Komplex!!!

I have hypermobility in my knees and I was started to experience frequent subluxations which was causing minor injuries and pain. These sleeves give me just enough support to keep my knees from constantly popping out and they are extremely comfortable. I followed the size chart and the sizing was spot on. I like that it doesn't have any grippers inside because those really irritate my skin. And yet I don't have an issue of them falling down.

These hold up well, are super comfortable, and provide light to medium compression. I love that they aren’t stiff and feel almost like a second skin. I’m able to lift heavier while wearing them. However I do feel knee sleeves, wrist straps, gloves, etc. can be a bit of a crutch so I am trying to transition into no longer using these knee sleeves. That being said, they are great for what they are intended for and I don’t regret buying them for one second!

Pretty accurate sizing and nice fit, almost forget you are wearing them unlike the neoprene knee supports. These are great for everyday Olympic Lifting workouts or CrossFit and cannot fault them. They seem really good quality and what I would expect from a market leading brand for accessory gear.

For everyday activities and light weight lifting these are great to use and provide a little support and spring to your step. They are comfortable and seem fairly durable and don't get your knees too hot, I'll be buying a second backup pair when these go in the wash.

Very tight fit and material is uncomfortable- feels like wool.

They're as described, however they keep moving around and rolling at the edges which is actually quite painful. I bought these to help with pain/injury so not ideal!

It's good I have fairly weak knees and they have helped support them while I work out can do more weights while squatting.
