Great vacuum so far. Been using it for a week and it has picked up so much hair from the dogs. Saves me day to day vacuuming and soea the work well.

Great robot vacuum, this is the third one I have purchased over the years. It really cleans up the dirt and dog hair and my long hair too. I really love it. My son has the same one. He loves his too.

this thing is great I highly recommend it it has it owns radar system it maps the room no problem and scares my girlfriends little dog so totally worth it on that end lol. But the floors in my house are great I have a short hair dog and he sheds a lot in the summer time. So every day I empty the vacuum bin. it says on the instruction you don't have to empty the bin although I believe if you got a short hair dog you need too. I got three floors it does detect steps But I still block off the steps just in case. It does detect objects and if need too it does have a little lift to go over little bumps like 1/2 inch which is kind of cool to watch. Overall totally happy with this technology my house is clean!!!!

Did a lot of research online and thought that this would be the best option to help deal with the fur from two large and furry dogs. Initially, I had no issues with getting the unit set up although it is a little sensitive with regard to Wifi connectivity. It did work well in picking up the majority of the hair although still required follow-up manual cleaning of edges (which I fully expected). So...initially...we were very happy with it....BUT....Very quickly (within less than a week) it started to need significant daily maintenance beyond just emptying the dust collector, needed to have hair removed from wheels, brushes/brush roller cleaned and/or replaced. Given that this is a "pet" model I would expect that it would have been designed to handle pet hair which was sadly not the case. Now after approx. 4 months of use (probably less), it has stopped working because of an issue with a side wheel that is requiring the replacement of the side wheel and motor assembly (which is covered under warranty). This speaks to the build quality and durability of this product. Given these issues - I am very concerned that it will last once it's out of warranty. And we've checked, replacement parts are not available from Shark, once out of warranty.

I have an 1800sq ft ranch. It is great. It is fun to watch.I run mine on "max". Battery doesn't last long on that setting. Half the house it will need to recharge but it will legitimately sweep debris on this setting as well as dust and hair. On normal settings it may not reach that kitty litter.It is a time saver. Peace of mind is what it gives me. I staves off sweeping for a couple days. I like my house clean and we have two domestic cats, German Shedder and kids. It's a full time job, cleaning..Suction is pretty good and it is loud on "max" setting, when it is working in the same room as you.When it is down the hallway or in another room it is just humming or not heard at all.- The filter has a fine screen before the air filter that collects dust and gets caked on it. It limits air flow if you run it multiple times without taking the filter out and smacking the screen, not the air filter, a few times to dislodge the fine grey dust.It is a solid product. it has some weight to it and it is intelligent. It doesn't ram things so its ok for wood and small end tables.Is it worth it? Subjective. It saves me time and give me peace of mind, I have to sweep every day or every other day without it. I'd buy it again.---- Edit ----The day I broke down the boxes and put them in the recycling. ( 7 days later after be flawless )The sweeper malfunctioned. The right wheel wouldn't rotate. Not sure what happened. It runs in circles now and makes errors and asks to trouble shoot. nothing is obstructing the wheel that I can tell. The wheel's suspension doesn't always go up all the way as well. I can't see anything up there. I had to request a return.

Great vacuum! The app is easy to use to setup in the house. Cleans well and never gets stuck. We have two short hair dogs and when we empty the container we have a whole other dog in there LOL It does a great job getting the little hairs.

I love the robot vacuum. It is taller than my old Eufy so it doesn’t get stuck under our furniture. I love that this one has mapping and self emptying. This mighty little bot does a great job cleaning our floors. She (yes she) has no issues vacuuming. I gave 5 stars because she is the best robot vacuum I have ever had. Now the cons…the app is convenient and works fairly well, with two exceptions. 1st I have owned her for about a month and she has lost connectivity to our Wi-Fi twice. Both times we had to remove the device and re-enter everything. 2nd issue, I believe a spam hacker has accessed the app. On three separate occasions a sign-in pop up screen shows up on the app. Logging in using our information never works and I believe that this spam is trying to collect passwords. I had to reset our password twice just to make sure. When this spam pops up there is no accessing the app and I cannot use my robot. This is very frustrating. Once the spam message disappeared on its own and the other two times. I had to either re-setup our robot or delete the app and then redownload the app again. Also, important to note, it appears that when it says “already have an account? Log in” at the bottom of the screen, that you are on the right sign-in screen. If the bottom says “don’t have an account? sign up” that screen log-in will not work. Please Shark find a way to stop this frustrating issue. The vacuum work’s amazing. The app not so much. 5 stars for robot 3 stars for app. The first photo shows the screen that won’t work and the second shows the screen that does work, at least after deleting app and downloading again.
