Well made case, but not perfectly designed: How to adress the iron shield's design shortcomings
This is a good quality, well made, premium looking case, but there are several design flaws that I'm going to suggest to help minimize them.1 avoid bending, breaking the metal frame: it is a good quality metal frame, but because of the cut outs for the volume and headphone jack, the metal around these areas are weaker and could possible bend or break. To minimize, I suggest always taking the case off at the top right corner first, the part of the frame where it is strongest. To put the cast back on, put the soft inner cover on first, then put the phone in starting from the bottom left corner, where it is the weakest. All the force in both taking it off and putting it on will focused on the strongest part of the frame, reducing the chance of stressing the weak points.2 the logo hole on the back exposing the back of the phone to dust and lint: I use to play collector card games and own several clear plastic sleeves. I simply put an empty card sleeve between the hole and the phone it self, reducing the dirt ring while still allowing the logo to show. Card sleeves are strong enough to hold their shape, unlike seran wrap, and is only slightly wider than the phone, allowing it to fit between the case and the phone without moving.3. holes being too small for lighting, audio jack, touching the silent switch: I was able to use my lighting cable and regular earphones without a problem. most of the time, i use my bluetooth LG tones, so no problem there. However, It is hard to switch the silent on and off, but not impossible. I prefer being recessed inside, so it doesn't accidentally get toggled, because without a case, the switch actually has the opposite problem, it gets toggled much easier than past versions because of the curved edges. So its a matter of personal preference.4. slippery and bulkier: the case FEELS nice, but isn't as grippy compared to the official leather case, but for me the added bulk and grippy back makes it eaiser to grip than a naked iphone.Because the case isn't designed perfectly and required me to modify how i use it, i'm giving it a 4, its a great case if you can get it for cheap, but not worth MSRP.

I'm glad I purchased this case
Overall I am happy with this product.Pros:- very appealing to the eye (just as portrayed in the picture)- Aluminum border fit perfectly- feels nice in the hand (metal is cold to touch and note the back is a matte finish so it is a little slick)- ok protection (lip on front prevents screen from touching when placed screen side down and camera is also protected)- fairly light weight and adds minimal width keeping most of iPhone 6's thin designCons:- headphone jack and charging port are very small and seem to only fit apples products- difficult to access ringer- buttons are stiffer, however still fully functional- some edges of metal border are sharp- very difficult to take on and off- some reception lossOverall I am happy with this product. When looking for a case for my 6 it was important that the case added little width, but decent protection. Also, this cases design is very attractive and the aluminum border retains much of the phones original design. I was able to look past some of the flaws such as the small ports on the bottom because I use the included apple headphones and lightning charger. If you have expensive headphones/chargers I may encourage you to look elsewhere. Howevee the reception loss and poor acess to the ringer is very annoying, and my main complaints. Is verus fixed this, I would give this case 5 stars instead of 4.Also, for those who are deciding on colors... The titanium silver matches perfectly with the space grey, while the satin silver matches the silver iPhone, and the gold obviously the champagne.

LOVE MOST OF IT!
Okay so I LOVE this case, but it could use some modification. I love almost everything about it. Here's what I love1. The metal rim, gives a nice rich look.2. The case is slender and light weight, doesn't add a lot of un-necessary bulk.3. Solid protection for the phone and great slip resistance from the rubberize back.4. I love that it doesn't have a built in screen protector, I like to use a particular brand of aftermarket (Armor Shield) screen protector. Here's what I don't like, and it has everything to do with the lighting port cut out for this case.1. The case is too thick on the bottom to work with any type of dock and no one makes a good lightning extender, at lease not yet.2. The hole on the bottom for the lighting plug is cut to fit only the OEM apple charging cables. Most manufacturers including Amazon, Belkin, RocketFish, and others make the plastic around the lightning connector a little wider and they don't fit. I have only been able to use the Apple OEM cable so far. Which means spending a lot more money on compatible cables.

Great value, look & protection
I didn't want to cover my new iPhone 6 but it was too slippery without a cover. This cover caught my eye immediately. Pros: (1) low profile thin design, but high level of protection (2) very high build quality, (3) sleek design, at first glance looks like there is no cover, (4) rubber textured back, (5) power and volume buttons appear to be part of the phone but are actually part of the cover, and (6) great price, way better than Apple Store options. Cons: (1) still a "little" slippery because of the metal band, but not anywhere near as slippery as without a cover, and I'm not as concerned because of the protection, (2) the volume on/off button is deep inside the opening in the band. I can get it with a finger nail but not my finger. Just a minor irritation to me, and (3) it took 6 days to get it because of coming from the vendor via USPS. Spoiled with 2-Day prime.
