I decided I really needed to make a review of this. I actually shared this to my Facebook page. I have researched and researched looking at all the different mats and sheets and things like that. Because I believe that this is a true science. So I landed on this map and at the time it was $39. It has now went up to 59 but it has worked tremendously. I don’t know about the sleep issue. I do feel like I’m sleeping more, but I wake up a little sleepy and that could just be me. But here is the big one. I have hip pain from sciatica and back issues. When I say hip pain, I mean every morning when I wake up, I feel a little miserable because my hips hurt. They just ache and my legs hurt. Probably about 10 days after putting this mat in my bed and laying my legs on it the pain is gone. I mean, the pain is gone and yes, I still have some lower back pain because that’s a bone issue, but the aching that I had in the inflammation that I felt is gone. Now when I do a task like mowing the lawn on a hill and my leg hurts real bad instead of hurting for a week it might last for a day lol. I am so happy and amazed with these mats. It’s like a miracle. So my son, his leg was hurting him real bad and I had him sleep on the mat And voilà. He felt better the next day. This absolutely does work, but you have to use the little plug-in thing to see if your room is grounded first because my living room was not grounded. That’s why it ended up in the bedroom in my bed because that room was grounded. And you can feel I don’t know it just feels like a tingle maybe on my legs when I lay my legs on it But honest to God it really is amazing. Now I’m trying to find sheets that I can afford for the whole family. And you can give it a try and I think you can return it if you don’t like it, but it is like a leather feel. It’s very thick and nice, but I put it in the bed under my legs. I know it’s meant to just put under your feet when you’re watching TV you’re at a desk, but you can lay on it.

I felt ease the moment I put my hand on it, so quiet and peaceful inside. I’m high on anxiety and work in tech to top it off but felt immediate sense of calm; looking at the same thing after I sat down with bare feet on the mat felt different, better, like I just put on glasses I forgot to wear before.It feels good quality too, justified the price point above those NDKSKSURB alike brands. I checked if outlet’s grounded too. Thanks for including that!It was a test, I’ll look for something to bed too now that my curiosity is satisfied and doubts dispelled.

Will be buying from again!

Over time I can tell a difference in my legs. My dog likes to lay on it as well, so that’s something! We use it more in the winter time. Durable material and super easy to use.

Seems to be helping with sleep.

I bought this per recommendation of my doctor, but I can't tell it really does anything, and it has not helped my condition a bit...??? My opinion it is a gimmick, but I will keep trying it to see if anything good happens...???

I can't say enough about my grounding mat. I got this after I tried the grounding sheets. They have changed my life. My back pain is not an issue like it was, I have relief from my inflammation. I have this pad on my recliner chair where I do my reading etc. I just want to be grounded from all the wifi electronics we have in our house. I totally recommend this product.
