Excellent monitor, setup takes time and may require additional cables.
Initial Feedback:Monitor is fine but to be expected given the price point. The biggest disappointment is that setting it up took a long long time and required additional external cables and not the ones provided with the monitor pack. None of the cables that came with the pack worked, the instructions to connect are not good. This is not ok considering the price point of the monitor.Required an externally sourced HDMI cable and some work to figure it out to get it to work and caused enough stress as none of the cables that came along worked.Further feedback post a month of usage.Upgraded the rating to 3 star purely because the monitor is quite good as I have been using. Great clarity. It is a bit bulky and not easy to move around though. But adjustments through rotation, swivel etc. are fairly easy. However my feedback related to non provisioning of the connecting cables and being forced to use a self procured HDMI cable remains.Feedback after an year:Have picked up a 2nd monitor to be used in a dual monitor set-up:a. The set-up and related issues around HDMI cable not being provided and being the only option to connect with modern laptops was an issue and continues to be, but once you get over this issue, is a brilliant monitor.b. Have noticed substantial reduction in fatigue factor compared to laptop screens and even other monitors I have used previously. On that count its very good. Should definitely be on the consideration set if long working hours, ergonomics, screen time fatigue are issues. Of course, need to spend some time setting up the monitor.c. Those looking to set this up as a 2nd monitor, please note that I have had to use 2 HDMI cables (sourced separately). The laptop had only 1 HDMI port, so had to purchase a USB-C to HDMI connector for the 2nd monitor. After this, one needs to do 1 settings update on the monitor - Go to Display settings on the monitor menu (not the display of control panel) and enable DP1.2 (it is disabled by default).d. Prefer this monitor compared to 2419 series due to the extra rows of data as this supports 1920x1200 as opposed to 1920x1080 on the 2419 series. In a home working scenario, space is a constraint and vertical screen space of this nature is very useful. 2415 has got very expensive off late compared to 2419 series but still got the same due to the extra space on the screen.e. The ease of converting this monitor is something worth considering, one can use this in a landscape or portrait mode. These changes are easy on the monitor.f. The monitor has large screen area and small boundaries, hence spanning an application across 2 monitors is not an issue and is seamless. All in all, one of the best monitors to consider in a home working scenario. This is based on work related use cases, so cannot comment on movie watching/ games and other such scenarios.

One of the best monitors at this price point.
On-time delivery by the seller Appario Retail Pvt. Ltd. Fulfilled by Amazon.Packaging was good and secure. Awesome monitor, it is ultra sharp and colours are very realistic. The product quality is top notch, the low profile bezel adds little more screen area and makes the monitor look sleeker. The monitor has a good non reflective coating on the screen. The on-screen-display menu (OSD) is accessible through feather touch buttons on the right hand side bottom of the frame. Navigation through the menu and settings are easy. The back has various ports for connectivity, this is a little cumbersome if you want to connect something on a regular basis. The connectivity panel faces down, so one has to rotate the monitor to the back and tilt it up to see the ports clearly. HDMI cable is not provided in the box. This monitor comes with a 3 year panel replacement warranty.Dell website states that if you purchase it from a retailer you have to transfer ownership of the hardware to avail warranty. The service TAG, (sort of serial number) which is required for the ownership transfer is at the back of the monitior.Update: 20-09-2019Even after almost One and half years of daily use the monitor is in perfect condition. The colour rendition is the same as it was when I first started using it.Final verdict:A must buy.

good for programming, but costly
baught this for programming, works well for the purpose, but bit pricey, could have been 3000 rupees lesser, no hdmi cable provided in the box, usb hub is a life saver, build is strong and not clumsy except for the plastic cover to close the ports, watched few videos and it looks good, but not for gamers, for programing text looks nice, but it all depends on the OS and drivers installed, i have linux mint, so cleartype is not possible, hence i think may look better with windows.

Awesome monitor
The Dell Ultrasharp, I always wanted to buy this but the costs were higher. So when I saw this listing on Amazon for ~19000 rupees I was a bit skeptical. As per Dell's nomenclature, this is a 2015 model but I took the risk and bought it. The monitor is very good and absolutely correctly sized for home office. I wanted to buy a 27inch monitor but now I can tell that this is the monitor you should go for if you budget is under 20000 rupees. The colours are absolutely awesome and the build quality is good. This has display, mini display and two HDMI ports. Plus there are many USB ports which can be used once you plug in the bundled USB cable into your machine. The monitor then becomes a new USB hub for you. Display cable is included but HDMI cable is not.The monitor is super bright. It has got a lot of colour adjustment options and colour accuracy is good. Definitely a must buy.One caveat I found, when you leave the PC idle for a while and the monitor enters standby mode, it will not switch on when you press a key on the keyboard. You need to switch the monitor off and on.Overall, I recommend this monitor to everyone.Adesh
