Neck feels stretched
The first few times I used this felt the best. After that I wasn't getting as noticeable of a relieved feeling of the pressure, but maybe that's just because it was working and my neck was not as compressed as it was when I began. It has two pretty good quality velcro tabs to hold it together while on. The handpump is pretty effective for pumping it up, though the release valve seems like sometimes it gets a little stuck and the air flows out of it slower than other times for some reason. But, unless you're putting it away for an extended storage period, you don't have to drain it all the way flat in between uses so it's not like it took forever and you aren't stuck in it if it doesn't drain, you can just undo the velcro straps. One improvement could be if they added a removable cover that you could clean since oils or sweat from your hair and neck etc could eventually kind of get into the soft velour fabric of the device. As it is, we can only spot clean if it gets kind of dirty. It doesn't seem like that kind of thing that would do well in a washing machine etc.

Gives pain relief
This thing is pretty neat, it makes my stiff neck feel better and decompressed. It's also kind of fun to put on and inflate, feels a bit silly - but putting it on and sitting around for 20-40 minutes makes my whole neck and shoulder area feel more relaxed and loose.

Works well or me
This item is an air-inflatable neck traction device. The device has a built in hand pump used for inflation. The pump is attached to the inflatable air chambers with a hose. On the hose is a valve that you can turn to start to inflate or turn it the other way for deflation. I inflate the air chambers a little bit to give it shape and then attach it around my neck. Now I continue to inflate it until I get to the point I can feel the pulling of my neck. The pump goes slowly, so you don't over inflate and hurt yourself. Deflation is a slow process. I put a book on top so I don't have push down to help the process. All I know is that I like this device much better that my other one where I have a cable hooked over a doorway, a chin/head strap, and a net on the other end that holds the bricks. This neck device works while I watch TV or surf the internet. I don't have to sit on the floor in my doorway. I think this is a pretty good solution. The price point is reasonable. I'm pleased with this neck traction device,

It helped
My job requires me to bend my head a lot so I often have neck pain. But since I used this product, it has helped me a lot, it helps my neck less tired. Although at first I was not used to wearing it, and felt uncomfortable. But I like it now.

So nice!
It does what it needs to do great but it does take A LOT of pumping to get there. I always keep mine halfway inflated so that it doesn't take nearly as much work to start feeling some traction. Go low, go slow, take your time but it really does help and I like it a lot so far. I just wish it wasn't such a fuss to deflate it all the way. It deflates fast and effectively but I don't want to pump it fifty times every time I want to use it so it takes up space. But feels good and it does help so worth it!
