Can’t give it exactly 5 stars or lower because I just received my package yesterday and I’ve only started the first day.I am new into my holistic PCOS journey. I bought these specifically to give me a solid detox before following my new 4 weeks plan from the book “The holistic PCOS healing bible”.I am currently 2weeks late from my typical 40 day cycle. I started this tea last night and I woke up having to use the restroom. I also started cramping like I’m going to finally start my period.If I see aunt flow after using this tea 1 time, it’s already a 5 in my book. By no means is this a tea for pcos! But I thought personally it would be a good start to clear my system!

This works! First time effect is much stronger than continued use, but it is reliable and cleanses well!

Most of my bags are opened and it’s like detox wasted and money wasted since I can’t even have the tea without everything falling out. So upset. Attached are just four of them opened to show proof.

These teas worked great for me. Definitely an acquired taste but they worked well for me. Cleanse was great. I will be ordering more.

The packaging is cute & great, the tea bags them selves are very easy to rip so be careful. I hit a year ofWLS last month and I’ve been having a rough time eating healthy so I figured, why not do a cleanse and reset my system. I was 213 before using, now I’m oddly enough 220 (I know it’s not all the tea, my point is I think I’m possibly retaining water weight from it). I also have been in pain since I woke up at 6:30am (cramping is a side effect; but this is making me sick) & it’s 9:00pm. I’ve upped my water because these things don’t really work unless well hydrated & can dehydrate you as well. I went to the bathroom ONCE and I’m nauseous and in pain.So my take away is it’s not for every, packaging is cute be careful with bags they could break very easily, up your water intake for it can dehydrate you and more water helps make your bowels move & you may experience not only cramping but INTENSE cramping.Kind of just disappointed that now I have to get rid of it because my body doesn’t agree and I lost that money. Should have a guarantee refund policy for these situations.
