Easy to open and good value. Just started my daily regimen of Methylene Blue as a senior and it's been about 2 weeks and I am less depressed. There is a after taste however I am not on any anti depressants so people need to be careful of mixing this with medicines that they might already be taking. It also turns your urine blue and one must start off with only a couple drops and "research the product" before using.

Two big problems with this blue jean dye. 1) its workings and effects are not FULLY understood by the scientific community yet and 2) if you are taking any other medications or supplements, prescription or not, it is a dangerous gamble just exactly what the cross-effects will be with this blue jean dye.Taking blue jean dye internally sounds crazy and, if one does research on what the possible cross-reactive medications are and what symptoms to expects from a bad match-up with this fabric dye then it becomes obvious that there are a whole host of things that are not recommended for a mix with this in your body.I poured two bottles of this dye right down the toilet and then had to clean out the inside of the toilet bowl but at least the nasty stuff was right where it belonged.DO NOT TAKE THIS is my advice for what it's worth.

Best brand I've tried so far. The brand that tiktok is advertising is a rip off and more expensive in a smaller bottle. This is a very good quality methylene blue
