I've only been using this for a couple weeks, so I don't know how well it works longterm. So far it seems to work better than some other products I've tried. It absorbs well, seems to control some symptoms, reduces need for steroid cream.

Excellent for stubborn KP
Wonderful cream! I use salicylic acid for keratosis pilaris on my arms and legs. This cream works! My skin is really smooth. It's a little thick and can be hard to spread, but that's okay. It's not greasy at all so you can get dressed right away over this. It's really nice.

Prevention - Not Treatment (For me)
This product didn't really have a good affect on clearing things up, but does seem to work well in preventing worsting buildup. Keeps the skin well moisturized and not particularly greasy.I have moderate-severe flair ups and found the Cortisone products work the best for me.

DID NOT WORK ALSO HAS PRICKLY THINGS INSIDE ALMOST LIKE FIBERGLASS !!
So I have been using this for about 1 to 2 weeks so far zero results my psoriasis still is dry flaking and not getting better in anywayAlso this product has very sharp things inside itIts prickly and If your not carful it can stab or cut you ALMOST LIKE FIBER GLASS !!FOR ME THIS PRODUCT WAS TERRIBLE0 OUT OF 5 STARS
