So far.. soooo good!1. Yes, it's a little pricey- but you get what you pay for!2. Came 4 days earlier than expected!! And in 3 boxes3. was so easy to put together!!! The two of us layed it all out in a circle in how you would put it together and built around and then up. 2 hours total.4. we got the 15ft one with 500lb wt limit so the whole family could be on it together. Great spring strength, the netting was nice and thick, the poles had foam on them and a cover to protect you from bumping. The sewn in screen to mat is fabulous so your feet can't even reach the net! Our son (kid age 10) loves it, he is having so much fun just on the first night!The basket ball hoop is so nice that it's in two poles instead of the net like other brands, the L shape opening is great if you prefer not to be squeezed in! And the steaks to screw it in were heavy duty!!I specifically bought this one bc of the base it has, this gives it better security, gets a higher jump bc of the even weight, and is able to handle more weight. We are very satisfied with this purchase!!

I have assembled other trampolines in the past that were very painful to work with and this is by far the best. Assembly - the only screws on it are holding the feet on the support legs. Everything else slides in place and pop-locks with spring loaded locking devices. that makes it very easy to assemble in about 2 hours. That alone sold me on getting this trampoline. Design - excellent frame design that is far more stable than all the others. Way more springs than others of the same size so the kids really get some height as they jump and they were amazed at how much better it was than their old trampoline. The bouncing surface and the safety net are sewn together so the kids can't get their feet anywhere near the springs while jumping. Quality - Very high end quality on all materials and even great anchoring system included. This is an awesome product and I wouldn't consider anything else.

The media could not be loaded. Set up was easier than anticipated! My son & I had it set up in about 1 & 1/2 hours!My husband weighs 275lbs and it’s held him + my kids jumping; the trampoline is tight, well made and has great bounce! I love the net on the inside of the poles, keeps my younger kids safer and off the spring mat.My kids have been outside jumping on it everyday since we got it! A summer fun, must have for your kids (no matter their age)!

We're actually impressed with this trampoline. It's been bounced on a lot and shows no signs of issues. It was actually pretty easy to assemble as well, I expected an all-day job but think it was done within maybe 2 hours max.

This purchase was for my 9 year old daughter who does cheer, tumbling, and gymnastics. The shipment consists of 3 boxes; however, I only received 1 box. After contacting customer service, I finally got the other 2 boxes a week later. The trampoline was very simple to put together by myself as it uses push pins for the frame connections. One push pin on the frame base was broken (misaligned weld) so that required some fabrication to correct. Overall, I am satisfied with the quality of the product. The frame, mat, padding, springs, and net are all definitely a step above the typical $500 trampoline sold at Walmart or one's local mall. I am giving 4 stars due to shipment issues and the broken push pin.

Sturdy. I am not light and I can jump with my son.The double bottom rings make it very nice and sturdy.Heavier boxes than other trampolines, and this is good. More metal and thicker parts.Install is mostly snaps so screws won't come loose.Make sure to read directions when putting the net in so it will line up with the top.

After doing lots of research and reading reviews I went with Zappa because it had the high weight limit for active jumping (we have teen boys) and the reviews said great customer service. They were right about the customer service! One small part came broken and the zipper teeth on the top of the zipper broke within 2 weeks of set up. Both were replaced for free by the company within a week! I also love thy the customer service asks for feedback to improve their products. My only feedback was they need a bigger opening and a metal zipper. The opening to get in and out of the trampoline is too small, the part that zips to the size is the smallest I’ve ever had, and we have had 2 other trampolines both smaller in diameter and weight capacity.We are very happy with the quality of everything else! Love that it also comes with quality anchors to keep it safe in wind. My kids love the basketball hoops more than I thought they would la.I definitely recommend this trampoline and company!!

Our kids love this trampoline. The net connects right to the edge of the jumping mat so toes won’t get pinched or touch the springs. The kids also really like the basketball hoop. The netted backboard on the basketball hoop is nice to help prevent balls from flying off the trampoline. The 16 foot trampoline is large and has plenty of space for jumping. The ladder works fine and the buckles added to the zipper entrance are also a nice addition. Set up took us longer than anticipated. Overall, we are very pleased with the trampoline thus far!
