Yes, the device doesn't need a physical input (switch) and you can control is using Z-Wave commands only. Remember to check your local safety regulations to make sure an emergency physical wall control isn't required for the load you'd like to control with the Zooz device.

Q: I need similar that can run from 12-18vdc power, so I can relay some aux devices that also run on 12-18vdc. Do they make it?

I haven't found 1 for 18vdc So I used it to turn a 110v ac in 18vdc out powersupply on and off I know it's involved but it what I did

Yes, it can be installed on a circuit with a GFCI. I have this installed on an exterior circuit with GFCI and it works just fine.

Q: Does it click when on/off? If yes, how loud?

Any relay will make a sound when clicked so you will hear it when it's switched on and off. It's not too loud, just like your average 15A relay.
