Everyone's needs are different, but it's perfect for my TV room. It came as advertised...just unbox it, unwrap it, and give it space to expand. I find it quite comfortable in terms of relative firmness/softness, but it may be too firm for some tastes. If I had a gripe, I wish that it was a tad longer, so I can stretch on out (I'm about 5'9), but I love it, and my downtime is largely spent chillin' in it. Suits my needs perfectly.Note...unwrap it close to where you intend to place it. It's not hard to move on a smooth floor, but if you have to move it across carpet, that could be an issue.

Great chair! Very comfortable and spacious! Just the right amount of firmness. Color is also very nice and true to pictures. Very heavy in its box wrapped so just have a few people to carry it inside. When opening be sure to follow instructions of laying it flat before opening the vacuum sealed back. There is a layer of shrink wrap around the whole thing so remove that first by peeling it away to not risk scissors cutting open the bag. Once the shrink wrap is off, then it truly lays flat. I felt it took its shape very quickly!

Perfect spot for reading, watching your favorite shows, or stretching out to nap. With the perfect amount of comfort with support, this will easily become the favorite seat in the house. Easy to clean, sustainable material. Not too heavy, and easy to set up.

It's more like 4.5 outta 5.... Overall it's really nice and comfortable and I like that there are no moving parts or anything other than foam.... Nothing can be broken. The head area is the only iffy thing. It's not comfortable to sleep in with the pillows that come with it .. I bought two memory foam pillows and after that it's super comfortable to sleep on big time.

Heads up, if you're thinking you want this.. it is HEAVY. It comes compact of course, but don't forget it's over 100 pounds and expands to full size immediately once exposed to air so make sure it's very near where you want it before you break that seal.I picked this for its length... It was the longest one I could find at the time. It seems to be well made and the fabric is super soft. However, the foam is HARD. I suppose that's kind of a good thing since it seems to retain it's shape well, but I slept on it for a couple days and woke feeling like I actually had bruised ribs. There's just not much give, but that is a bonus for durability. It puffs up right away but be sure to give it at least a couple days following the directions to make sure it's completely filled out.I really love this, but honestly not for the price I paid. I ended up building a padded extension for it so my man could actually lean back without his legs dangling and added a mattress topper for comfort. Still- five stars cuz the description was accurate and it holds up well so far - I've had it for a couple months now and I think it could last long enough to be worth the extra hassle, but again- I added an extra layer to it for comfort that probably increased its durability as well.
