This book is an incredible resource! The passages are the perfect length - enough depth to find main idea, supporting details, summarize and make inferences, yet short enough to get through in one meeting. The questions offer a variety of styles that give students the opportunity to find answers directly from the text as well as infer meaning from both texts and graphics. This has been an invaluable resource in preparation for our standardized testing.

I got this book for my son, to help him study for the state test, and I am extremely happy. It has many short stories, so it keeps his attention. I would definitely recommend this book, my son's learning ability in reading comprehension and critical thinking, has grown tremendously, he so muchmore confidence and is not worried to take his test test now.
