What do all the numbers mean on the bits? On the 5mm, the numbers are 5x5x13x57. I figured the first number is the bit diameter? Others???rs

First number is the diameter (in mm) of the flute end. Second number is the diameter of the shaft. Third number is the length of the flutes. Fourth number is the overall length.

Where do I find information on the feed rate and speeds for these end mills?

To be honest I'm not sure. Chinese bits made of who knows what steel. You'd have to get a hardness test and have extensive knowledge of cutting angle vs cutting material to have an accurate guess.

How do these work or Stainless...anyone?

stainless- speed and feed is critical. You must use a low rpm and apply significant feed pressure otherwise it work hardens and you won't be able to cut it. \

These are not the plunge cut style, need a center hole to plunge

Needed metric for some metric screws etc., anything would do. The 2mm one was very easy to break. These seemed to work fine on aluminum, iron and mild steel. The economy inch set of end mills currently being sold for practically nothing is a better set in my opinion.

Was leary about wasting my money considering the number of people who had bad experienceswith these flutes. I decided to go for it and take a chance considering the LOW price and I waspleasantly surprised upon receiving and inspecting the flute set.I thought for sure/high probability that I would receive flutes that where either out of roundor have chips/imperfections on the flute surfaces. I did not find anything wrong with the product andwhen put to the test of surfacing a project of aluminum block everything came out perfect?I was overly careful in all aspects of the milling as I was for sure that something would go wrong withthe flutes, nothing did. I am extremely happy ( and probably lucky )with my purchase .UPDATE. 12/6. Just purchased an additional set since I liked these so much.
