Pues lo estoy tomando ya hace tiempo como 1 mes y pues no he visto resultados aun, igual lo seguiré consumiendo hasta que se acabe, pero no me funcionó

I like that this product is made in the US and the science behind the triple action complex is interesting.

After a week and a half of taking this product, I started to get stomach cramps. 😥😩 I didn't think anything of it, so I continued taking it. 🤔 The cramps became severe, then diarrhea issues arose, requiring more than one dose of anti-diarrheal medication. 🤢🤮 I checked the bottle's ingredients and noticed DIM (diindolylmethane). 🧐 I looked up diindolylmethane (DIM). 🤔What are the risks of taking DIM? 🤔Current human research does not show DIM supplements to be toxic or to have serious side effects. 👍 The most common side effects include darkening of the urine, increased bowel movements, headaches, and gas (3, 8). 🤕 Less common side effects include nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and skin rash (3). 😥So, I stopped immediately and will not be buying it again. 👍🙅‍♀️
