To be honest, I have not had it long enough to know. I have several garden stools, all ceramic, and none of them have faded.

Q: Can I use this in a shower or will it slip?

It’s porcelain so I am sure it will slip with Soapy water. Unless you grout or chalupa to the shower tile.

Q: What is the Return policy?

Not sure about the return policy, I've had mine for quite some time now. I'm sure it can be returned but not sure about the length of time required.
