Great product for the price! Yes it’s more of a pistachio meal, but it works perfectly in the recipes I use. Love that it’s Sicilian too!

We utilized this pistachio flour/meal in an authentic Sicilian Pistachio Torte recipe. The flour was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly milled for the recipe in which we used it. The torte turned out perfectly! This excellent product is not inexpensive, but well worth the price.

Not a flour!
I actually thought I was ordering a pistachio flour (my mistake) but these are finely ground pistachios. They taste great and have plenty of uses.

Very less quantity for the price. Thought it would be more fine flour. Was little sticky though. Not worth the price
