i like it a lot i don’t have a lot of experience with vitamins though so im still learning about magnesium glycinate and its benefits/ effects but overall its easy to digest and use.

Buy a different brand
I typically love Pure brand however this product is not dissolving or mixing. Just leaves chunks and taste terrible.
