Yes. I have the disk version and it works fine. The most important thing is that these fans work with the internal fans. (Pulls air out of the case.) Be careful, some brands have been reported to work against the internal fans.

Only when it's off. To be honest I haven't noticed since I installed...the PS5 faces me where I sit. I don't even see the blue light right now?
